  1. Specialising in tooth removal using a Sher-Wood.
  2. Is this true or just a premonition?
  3. Yep, they may still win more of their remaining games than they lose, but a lot of teams are now going to give them a good run for their money. They won't be blowing any teams out of the park.
  4. There are many documentary series on You Tube that explain how this happened, some of the best ones are German produced. The Timeline series is very good. I find the subject fascinating, but not sure I see a direct connection to what's happening in the US, as it takes a large majority of a population to fall in line and fanatically follow one maniac to destruction. I still believe a vast majority of Americans would choose not to follow.
  5. One of my favourite golfers from back in the day when golf had interesting players.
  6. Sorry, comments on a fan forum influence nothing, God wouldn't read MBB even if he existed.
  7. O'Shea does the same, only way Brown gets any playing time is if the spotter yanks Collaros off the field.
  8. I wonder in Del Monaco's case if it's just upping his pay grade to keep him content, no other team is going to offer him an O.C. job..
  9. I'll bet you $100 they come in first, not going to make the same bet on them winning the Cup.
  10. Bombers just wrapped up first place, no challengers anywhere in sight.
  11. Stephen McAdoo was also an O-line coach before he became O.C., pretty unusual career path.
  12. Stamps are pretty good at finding running backs. Ka'Deem Carey wow. Dedrick Mills wow. Peyton Logan wow. Stamps might be keeping the ball on the ground come November.
  13. Especially once the creator dies and the family takes over the business end, that's when a great product of passion becomes diluted from over-exposure.
  14. Nah, Bobby Clarke was a straight shooter, he wouldn't be accepted now because the truth sometimes hurts feelings.
  15. There is certainly severe denial out West, I live near a lake in BC that no longer freezes, yet there are picture of Clydesdale horses hauling sleighs full of cut timber across the same lake 75 years ago. I'm thinking the change from thick ice covered in snow for 2-3 months, to no ice at all must average at least 10-15C change in temps. in that time.
  16. This kerfuffle seems to be based on a 3D Nation article, has the league actually specified the reason for the fine? I think separating players from fans has more to do with the CFL's Covid protocol than the incident in T.O. last season, and I don't recall any Bomber player physically entering the stands this season or last, like they did in 2019. I know nobody wants to rehash the topic but a Rider/Argo game was re-scheduled less than a month ago due to a Covid outbreak, so it's still a thing.
  17. The lake surface of Lake Mead outside of Las Vegas has dropped more than 170 feet (52 metres) since the reservoir was full in 1983. 40 million people living in the S.W. desert isn't sustainable now, and probably never was.
  18. That's exactly what Westwood said about it.
  19. Rourke probably will go but there's a good chance he comes back eventually if he can't make it beyond 3rd string backup. Like a few talented CFL QB's before him, he might choose playing challenging football over bench warming. It's fortunate he's been part of a successful season in BC and has had a taste of leading a team to multiple victories which can be addictive and with his skill level he will be reasonably well compensated if he decides to return.
  20. Garrett Marino's apology, I was hoping for a little blubbering or maybe a crocodile tear or two, but instead we get is his impression of a human metronome. https://www.riderville.com/2022/08/16/august-16th-garrett-marino/
  21. It'll be interesting to see if Collaros changes tactics and goes hard for the TD if the same scenario comes up again. I can't recall another time when he played for the F.G..
  22. Well now we have a legitimate reason to doubt our faith.
  23. Could be they have to make room on their calendar, every game now seems to be dedicated to something or other. It would be nice to retire Matt on the day of the W.F., assuming it's a home game.
  24. There will be joy in Mudville tonight!
