Score is a pretty accurate reflection of the game thus far. Looks like the first game of the year. Bombers getting to Nichols pretty regularly now.

As frustrating as the CFL refs can be, the NHL/NFL refs also blow obvious calls as well, and they get paid a helluva lot more.

Herdman is not as bad as many think, but not an all-star, either. Moreover, the interior of the Bomber O-line will take time to gel, so that will affect the running plays, thus taking pressure off the Lion MLB. Dumps over the middle ought to work, and God knows, Nichols has been used to doing that.

I am concerned that Reilly will break contain or threaten to and draw the Bomber linebackers up, then lob the ball over their heads to one of the inside receivers. I cannot see the Lions' running game doing much tonight.
