Interesting thing I just found out: 
In 2003, the last time we went 11-7, we needed help from Sask (in the final game of the year) to beat BC in BC, to create a 3-way tie....which gave the Bombers 2nd, Sask 3rd, and BC crossed over....

Don't want Carter anywhere near this team, don't care how good he is......

Straight up guys. Congrats on getting a spot locked up. Best of luck to the Bombers in the show. The team is heading in the right direction these days, and that's exciting for the fans who have held the fort all these years.

I sit in that endzone.
1. His momentum was halted before the ball game out.
2. The whistle blew ending the play before the ball was out.
3. Those who feel the wrong call was made can **** themselves because they're wrong.

Bombers got fortunate with that fumble call no question.  A lot of bad or missed calls that game.  Dumb question: on that roughing the passer call on Westerman, wasn't he essentially tripped into Jennings? Didn't look like it was his fault, unless they felt he deliberately extended his roll into Jennings.

Who says the Bombers weren't one of the teams who were initially in on him?  Reads to me like he considered his options (including the Bombers) then called them back with his interest.

That's because the only fanbase that tends to whine and cry loud enough for there to be a declared "out cry" is the Riders. And they don't care about this as much because it didn't directly affect Canada's Team.

As much as a Riders win helps us, I have at tough time cheering for them.

Very pleased with what Walters has done with this trade.  Got some quality assets for someone who was probably done here.  One can take the view that he made a mistake in signing Willy to his big contract and then corrected the mistake.  I for one am not going to second guess him if he ends up having a good career in TO.  If Willy just needs change of scenery, then so be it.

Not sure how you can call Richards or Waggoner failures just yet.  Both still in the second year of their careers.  I was early to call Anthony Parker a failure in Calgary but he's been there six years now and having his best season to date.  Not every player is going to be Milt Stegall, but they all have roles to play.  If they are actually dressing and playing, and contributing, how much more do you need?
