Willy has looked better than Reilly at any point, really? I also said he failed to bring in NI talent in Winnipeg, been a little better in Regina. I think he's average but that's me, for every 2013 with him you get a 2005.

He's an average GM so yes given his mixed results, inability to build NI talent in Winnipeg, inability to find QBs, difficulties finding dbs among other spots, yeah I'd pass. Landed Heenan, LaBatte, found Kory Sheets, and Drew Willy, and has been to the Grey Cup three of the last five years. No other GM can say that. Again, awful track record... Had the first overall pick and took the best rated player, home town advantage, good points on Sheets, Willy is unproven. Wasn't running the show in 2009 and 2010.

Taman being buddy buddy with the media has covered up for the fact that he's often been a poor GM.

Regina is a fairly ugly city and to be honest shouldn't be hosting the Grey Cup. When you lack the hotels to put on a major event and people have to room with people in their homes or stay an hour away, you shouldn't be the host. When you lack the eating establishments, see above. When you don't have enough taxis, well you know where I'm going with this.

What if a front office combo of Walters/Worman/McManus works? Danny Mc should at least be able to spot a good QB.

Best fans in the CFL since 2007 maybe. Nobody mentions the two telethons they held to keep the team going, near bankruptcy twice, crowds of 18-20000 a decade or so ago. Riders = best fans in the CFL is as true as Obama being a great president or the NDP balancing a budget.
