I should clarify, Ladd on a five year deal at second/third line money would be fine. Ladd for 6-7 million a year, no.

Is Ladd going to make us a contender or just tie up cap space?

$700,000? They still need to cut what, $650,000 to be safe (ie pay a fine but nothing harsher)?

Sign a guy for 5 years at 6 million who's not making us a contender or likely even a playoff team and who's quite possibly on the third line by 2017/2018? Are you a Leafs GM?

Trade Ladd.

All right to the American response: 1. Broadcast rights. Fox and ESPN will be broadcasting regular season games. ABC will not be they are owned by ESPN so I doubt they care. 2. The rules: A league has one set of rules. Your suggestion is asinine. 3. Currency: If you can't see the difficulties that two currencies with different values have, well then you haven't thought about this at all. 4. The ratio: You either loss it, likely causing a strike or one team has an advantage.

No to this idea.

They don't. They have guaranteed money as does the CFL but the entire contract is not guaranteed like it is in MLB, NHL or the NBA.

How does Stralman not even get a hearing? **** Bettman.

The NFL doesn't have guarented deals either and you can be cut at any time too. He factors the exchange rate wrong too. 36,000 out of 52,000 is .69 cents on the dollar. Didn't hit that until well after the season. Revenue sharing is interesting but can't see it happening. Western teams don't want to prop up the East.

I wish we didn't have two pre-season games in one week. That happened two years ago too. Its somebody elses turn for that. Would have been nice to have Ottawa split up. As for the days, Saturday afternoons in the fall beat the evenings.

Guessing both made decent coin. Is Turner next?

Milt Stegall jersey. Joe Popp jersey.

3 games with BC in 2014, 1 with the Riders last year. The fact that two clubs have gotten rid of him is a concern.

I'd imagine Connor stays at Michigan for at least next season. Chevy likely wants to space out those rookie deals and when guys reach RFA status.

So do we make a bid here?

Hey man, it's not a problem and its being handled internally.

MB never had a deadly offense in Saskatchewan.

Mercer Timmis as another RB/Harris backup or in a healthy Durie type role as as wr/rb/returner?

So on the potential need to free up money, assuming Shologan/Thomas handle one DT spot and Cummings the other, Zach Anderson and Bryant Turner have to be gonzo, right?

Labatte/Best/Capicotti/Bagg gives you 4 good NI starters, Demski may be 5. Still need two more and the depth behind the, is lacking.

22-0 this year 2-0 pre-season 18-0 regular season 2-0 playoffs Bans on all other sites of Bomber fans for gloating = too high ti count

Capicotti and Jones are good signings by the Riders. The rest are meh. They still have poor national talent.

Here is to a long stretch of the Riders in last place.
