I'd take Jarious Jackson. He's currently QB Coach and Passing Game Coordinator in Edmonton. I like Marcus Brady too. Notice how many OC's are former QBs and we have Marcel who played CIS.

Ray as a QB coach/Assistant OC and then working his way up is interesting. That guy is going to be a good OC imo.
