Personally, I've really grown to hate the term "training camp fodder", even though I know I've used it in the past myself.  These are athletes chasing a dream and for them to be in camp means that the team sees something in them.  Sure, some guys might have a slim chance at making the team, but they're not fodder, they're taking their shot, and good luck to them..

Honestly if Schaffer baker was a bomber he too would have been playing second fiddle to the lawyers, schoens, ellingsons etc etc just like demski and wolitarsky do too. Honestly wolitarsky on a different team would get an assload more yards. That guy is a real rock solid receiver who is a role player because of the depth on this offense

Yep, it's tough when your draft picks play so well that they go to the NFL, or price themselves out of the market for us. Lucky for us players want to be here so replacing the excellence we lose does not hurt us as much.
Kind of useless though without context. What draft? How many drafts? Equal number of picks for all teams?

@DTonOB You praised Sayles and the TiCats picking him up in FA. 
I would say that most at MBB were disappointed with his performance last year and don't feel as though we'll miss him. Why do you think the TiCats paid that much for him? And, what did you see that made you think he's a good pickup for the TiCats (or a loss for the Bombers)?

A good friend of mine worked for obby for a long time and let me say without going into detail he was not good to his staff at all.
Not a fan of his based on what I know. Mind you this was a few years ago now and maybe he's changed his practices 
 

Went to high-school with Thorpe, we hung out in the same group of friends. Very smart guy and was well informed even then

You're forgetting about Obby. The guy should be in charge of the department of government grants. Received the most Covid funding grants from the PCs while unsure which party he would join. Soon after receiving the grant he joins the PCs and his business is no more.
Wondering if they are trying to add to the resume of some of these candidates to give them more credibility for the next election. I know Obby and Klein were tight in the byelections and I wouldn't be surprised to see Teitsma and Morley-Lecomte pushed too. I'm sure they'll all be front and centre giving away tax dollars making a ton of announcements over the next few months with Stefanson in preparation for the next election.
