I cant stand Nielson when he gets excited. Its the worst voice in all of sports when he does that, no question. Outside of that hes fine.

Yeah his first year as a starter. Dinwiddie was his OC or QB coach or something too. Maier looked good to start and then faded once Teams got some tape.

Maier was won multiple football games in the CFL (not this year). He's absolutely shown he is capable. His biggest problem is consistency and turnovers. Which is why he'd be a fine backup. He's no franchise QB though.

Bryant is not what he was, but hige liability is just incorrect. He was better than either of TOs tackles and can still play at a high level. He just isnt dominate anymore

All around maybe their best game of the year with all 3 phases playing well. Clean up the mistakes and put up 7 instead of 3 and this team will be very hard to beat. Dru played very well. But....the Argos are exceptionally bad on defense especially their secondary. And the lack of TDs almost bit the Bombers in the ass. This game really should have been over at half time. I get people wanting to start dru over Collaros and im probably in that party as well, but i dont see that happening if Zach is healthy. Its not like Collaros has been really bad this year.

I knew Condell read this forum!!! Agreed. Only guys that were noticeable in a bad way...were unfortunately....the two long time studs in Bryant and Nichols. Though Bryant probably played his best game as well, but was beat pretty badly a few times.

was it white running straight down the field while the ball almost hit him in the back of the head that makes you say that? The hot routes this year have been hot garbage. That's essentially how Edm won that game. Blitz the hell out of Collaros cause no one was going to read it properly and give him a quick target.

The thing that confuses me about Dinwiddie, is he'll absolutely throw players under the bus to the media. Like last week with his punter and the bad tackle attempt or other defenders who he just straight up said he would cut if they did whatever they did wrong again...but he'll defend a guy like Maier who repeatedly makes bad decisions when throwing the ball. Getting pissed at a guy who's bad at something he isn't really supposed to be doing (Punter having to tackle...I know...they all have to do it at some point but they aren't known for doing it well) and then not blinking an eye at a guy who is bad at doing the job he is supposed to do.

They remind me a lot of the 2016-2018 Bombers. Some really nice pieces but still missing something to put them over the edge.

They have to establish the run early tomorrow. And not just between the tackles, lots of motion, get some sweeps/screens in there and make sure the DL cant just pin their ears and go. Gotta make them think.

To play devils advocate this could be the move that allows that...Smith has looked very good in his defensive reps. Making him a full time starter and taking Wilsons job would likely require someone take Smiths ST reps...? Hazen could be getting a chance to show he's capable of doing that. We move on from Wilson....Smith is full time....extra american comes on for Wilson but he's a WR not a LB....
