Watching the replay it looked like a clean hit on collaros to me. First contact was to his shoulders.

If Demski just starts backing up/starts going down when he catches it, he probably gets a first down.

I mean....they scored 94 points. Im not sure yesterday is a great example of intense defenses. There was plenty of missed tackles, lack of pressure & bad coverage from both sides.

For what its worth, on TV they showed his ankle getting rolled up on after a scramble. I dont think its a hamstring issue this time.

I agree with everything except the Clercius point. He still hasn't been given an opportunity to show anything. I was hopeful during the PS games that maybe they would bring him inside, but injury derailed that so far. Saying that. We don't have a rec who can go and catch a contested Collaros ball. Neild was close, but that ball was too far behind him.

Starting 3 is one thing. But they insist on carrying a CND back up. That's really what hurt last game. Singer coming in for Wilson likely makes more of a difference than Corcoran. Though if they swap those two WRs would they need to carry a CND somewhere else? Not start, but just to have enough on the roster.

Not at his peak. He's played very well, but hes not taking games over like Schoen did in his prime. He is very much playing like Schoen did early in his rookie year

On the Defense, there is zero attitude. I keep hearing about Kramdi being an ******* to play against but I've yet to see any kind of fight from him. They get punched in the mouth and just take it. Lawson FINALLY showed some "**** this ****" when he took a RTP penalty. But outside of that, this Defense is as soft as any I can remember seeing. Nichols is officially toast. I didn't mind them bringing him back, but it's pretty obvious he has lost a step. He's just always 1 step behind now and Fajardo picked on him all night long. They also looked like they had zero urgency. Multiple times not only were they late to get lined up, but almost missed getting lined up all together. There is no accountability at all from what I can see. Offense, same thing when it comes to attitude. Farjardo gets tackled/sacked etc he has multiple Olineman sprint to his side, not walk, not jog, those boys were moving to get to him. Collaros gets sacked and maybe 1 guy helps him out. That is always a personal red flag for me. Signals there is something wrong there...and I don't mean they don't like Collaros or there is any relationship issue...there's just, i don't know...entitlement issue...if that makes sense. It's not good anyway. Execution is 100% on coaching imo. Hot routes aren't being integrated? Can they bring Milt in to teach these guys wtf they should be doing when the Defense brings 8? Castillo, nice guy but as others have said. His consistency has been lacking for at least 1 season now...is he the worst kicker in the league statistically right now? I'm not sure but he's gotta be close. Overall, I'm more upset about this loss than the Hamilton one. They looked like they thought they were owed that win. They just had to show up and it was theirs.

It kinda reads that he's blaming dru's arm strength for the lack of down field passing last year....then also recognizing that THIS year they need to run the ball to open the deep pass....did he not watch Ott last year at all? Their run game was invisible....

on a MOS team? not gonna happen I'm seeing exactly 1 person give him the benefit of doubt. Sticking with Maier will 100% backfire on Dinnwiddie and he'll be stuck starting a never was in MBT with little to no hope for the future.

That's true. But when given time to throw and a competent running game, he's shown he can lead an offense fairly well. Ottawa was a dumpster fire for many reasons and it wasn't all on the QB.
