Was at the game. Didn't notice anything that would indicate Brady was hurt. So hopefully it's not too serious. Strev doesn't have that burst anymore it would appear. But he seems to be able to read the defense a lot better. He played really well. Wasn't perfect, but as good as we could have hoped for imo. Peterson!!! Damn. Almost pinned them at the 1 but otherwise was keeping them to the sideline. Buck seems like a nice guy, but I wasnt a huge fan of his playing and his work as OC got worse and worse. Showed nothing that impressed me last night. 1 or 2 plays that had a BC wr open, otherwise Bomber Defenders were smothering wrs all night.

They don't have much of an idea around the Offense though. Rookie OC with new weapons at his disposal. WPG has been able to watch what BC did last week and know what Buck likes to do better than anyone. Just need to stay away from turnovers.

There's a bit of viral video going around of Justin Jefferson basically saying the same thing. No one knows who the fastest HOF Wr is (it's Milt...but that's beside the point). Mostly because speed isn't the biggest metric when it comes to success at that position. Route running and the ability to create separation is far more important.

Against ott it was pretty clearly...run and run and run and pass no further than 20yards. Then run some more. If that doesn't work...we're gonna run. Ford has never been given that game plan in any game. His coaches have never put him in a position where he was EXPECTED to run over a LB. I'm not even debating this...it's clear as day (not this year though cause of all the smoke...like a clear day in 2003). Saying that...this is very much a make it or break it season for Strev. He needs to prove people wrong, starting Thursday. And Ford if given the opportunity will develop into a solid CFL qb imo.
