I blame January's chronic back issues for his inconsistent play this year. If it's a serious thing, then I'm worried for him, but if they're able to fix his back, there's no reason to believe he couldn't be back next year and play much better....

I'd mentioned something similar about Milano before, but the honest truth is that Montreal would likely be his destination. Still has the most ties there...

Tom Higgins to return as Als head coach in 2015
Noeller replied to gbill2004's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I'm inclined to believe that Higgins 2nd half success is really Crompton faring better than their first QB, and the fact that the East is all around terrible this year. -
Kyle Walters to address the media at 11AM

^^^^ Exactly this... -
Very nice to hear. I wasn't sure if he was playing DL or OL this year. Chris Greaves 2.0 Greaves is one guy who really hasn't taken the next step yet and developed the way you would hope. If Greaves wasn't our steadiest OL this year, he was 2nd after Morley.....Greaves has been a very serviceable Guard.

I get where Wiecek was going, but I feel there were better ways he could get the answers he was looking for. Those were intentionally douchey questions, and a guy like Irving or Tait would get similar answers with better questions... -
Section S and the beer snake returns!

This is my real issue. It's not so much that they're repealing the ban, it's that they're making a point to announce it. It's moronic... -
Section S and the beer snake returns!

What an absolutely moronic idea. Why does the club see fit to give a voice to the idiots among us?? Yeeeeeeesh. -
I'm not sure anyone here really knows enough to voice an informed opinion....

Starting 3 Canadian receivers next season?
Noeller replied to gbill2004's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
JFG is outstanding, IMO, and a guy that they need to make room for. I think Willy likes him out there, too, so there's something to be said for chemistry. -
This...I'm disgusted by the thought of physical violence being a "thing" for some people. Some sick freaks out there...

Bucknor is a guy that, without a doubt, deserves a chance to compete for a starting job next summer. He's earned at least that much...

Bombers Make 7 Roster Changes vs Stamps
Noeller replied to Noeller's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
I was wondering who was out there in Fred Reid's number. Didn't get many touches but the one 12 yarder was solid for sure. -
Not a single one. **** everyone but the Bombers for different reasons.

Almost down one bottle of celebration rye, but smartly bought another just in case. The whole day hasn't sunk in yet....

Wish you were home, brother... The level of drunk is going to be inhuman tonight.

I was cold, I was wet, but I got a high five from Watson, Teague, and Johnny Sears and got some game worn gloves (I think Willys). And saw one of the worst streaks ever mercifully end. Absolutely one of the best days of my life....

Ya that's been gone for a month. We had one little blast early fall, then back up to +20. Was +15 this week....

+4 as I drive down McLeod, Iso. Not warm at all. We are very bundled!!

10mm rain today turning to 5cm snow. For those of us going to the game, suffering like Ghomeshi-ish masochist, it's going to be a truly awful experience. Here's hoping I see something...anything...worth my time today, unlike what I saw at Commonwealth a few weeks ago...

Man oh man, so much this....

I like what you're saying overall in this post, I really do. But remarkably coming from a person like me who coaches Atom football players where 100% effort and focus is everything, this statement imho is blinding some Bomber decision-makers from corrececly evaluating players and making some tough decisions. The tough reality being that regardless of 100% effort every play every down and being a loyal team member to a fault is unfortunately not good enough to guarantee a roster spot/starting position. We aren't in Atom, Peewee or Bantam anymore. When I really think about it, that's how Wade Miller was able to be a Bomber for so long . He was simply not talented enough to warrant taking up a roster spot but boy was he loyal, focussed and a hard worker. Probably why he got into private business. Now that he's leading this organization with a head coach who seems to be molded quite similarly, this color blindedness of seeing effort/loyalty as the end all be all of who deserves to be a Bomber concerns me. Bullshit. Wade Miller may not have been the most talented guy but there was a time when he was one of the teams best special teams players and he clearly had the talent to be a CFLer. Thanks for your opinion, but to use your well used quote on other people, your opinion is not based on fact. Wade Miller was not a very good football player, that's a fact. He was also the same guy who came out and said he would quit the team if a very bad coach was fired which would suggest not the best judgement of talent as well. Do love his loyalty and commitment though, misguided at times. It's based on a hell of a lot more facts than your erroneous claims that he wasn't a very good football player. Guys who aren't good football players simply don't have the kind of careers that Miller had. What facts are you willing to bring to this argument other than "I watched him good and he sucked!!!11!"? "Herp derp he kept going offside!11!!!! rabble rabble"
