did we already know about this?? -
Evil money given to players before they "Compete"....... you don't win money for where you finish. You get money up front, and basically just play the tournament for fun. It's an evil organization full of money-hungry, don't-want-to-work-for-it players. As always, I'm with Bob....

Masters Week!! Stoked to see if any of the Canadians do anything...the really interesting sub-plot is the LIV players that are invited to Augusta vs the PGA players. If you follow the legend, Mr Irving, on Twitter, you know he'll have lots to say about this all week...

These particular kits are BY FAR the nicest in the league. Man oh man I wish this was the full time home gear... -

Willie does... Or has....line(d) up as a TE in certain packages. -
A cool 60 Mil.... So far, not my family from what I've heard.

So just as an example... The news outlet I work for doesn't put anything into a newscast that isn't directly from a press release. Zero liability and no bias on our end. If it's from the cops, ver batum press release. Governments? Same deal. If there's bias, it's not from us. It's not our mandate to interpret the press release and come up with our own version of events... That would be presenting bias, IMO.

Game 76 : Red Wings @ Dead Things

#BobKnowsBest Ya it's only Detroit, but the Jets have lost to some awful teams recently.... This is nice to see. -
wasn't sure what thread to put this in (comedy stuff??) but let's lighten up this thread a bit:

This has never existed in my lifetime, and I would suggest.....ever.

are the NDP and CPC blue-collar people talking to the middle-class?? I don't understand why the LPC are singled out for so-called smugness/snobbiness.... I mean, PP himself is a career politician who has never held any job outside of politics....... why are they different?
-
I respect your opinion as much as anyone's, but for me, personally, I have never seen that...or never felt that vibe. I don't know what it says about ME, personally, but I have never felt the smugness/snobbiness that people talk about. I get that from every politician....

the short answer in all of this is that the Trudeau Grits are far less dangerous than any other party right now. Things are still rocky, economically, around the world, and we need stability right now...not drastic measures. As has been mentioned, coming out of the pandemic, Canada is faring better than most/all of the G7 nations, and we need to just keep riding this out for awhile....IMO.

I'm curious if Kiermaier can play even half of those 100.... they Jays brought in some names that were pretty great 5-10 years ago, but have a lot of injury concerns now...

last year, the CAA Manitoba list of "Worst Roads in MB" had the 307 through the Whiteshell as the #1 worst road in the province, and I can definitely understand that one. Spent my whole life, growing up, running up and down that highway. There's just so much traffic, it is constantly battered and bruised...

I've got a buddy that lives on Waller Ave, just off Pembina (where my wife and I crash when we come home for games) and that street is regularly on the list of Manitoba's Worst Streets (in terms of road condition) so this meme speaks to me.......it's a constant zig zag to avoid the cracks and potholes and other **** on there...
