Who do you see as our four starting O-Linemen? Do we have two defensive starters on the current roster? Aside from Henoc, I'm not sure we have any other starting Canadians on defense at the moment. I would think we need both of Watson & Etienne starting at this point. Right now, could I name them? No. But it's hard for me to believe they're not looking to spend in FA if possible. I'd be shocked if there wasn't a starting Canadian in week 1 next year who isn't currently on our roster.

I'm not saying Kohlert isn't a loss, but do we seriously think that we have a massive hole at NI receiver now? Realistically, we are probably in a position where we could get away with starting 4 imports at receiver. 4 OL, 1 REC, 2 defensive spots and there you have it. Our depth at NI receiver is fine. Stellar? No. Adequate? Yes.

We'll see.

lol if you think Kohlert is our only decent NI receiver Right...there's....hmmmmm.... Cory Watson? And despite what you say, Jade Etienne is no slouch either if they actually get him involved in the offense. Not to mention we have Aprile and Alli in the pipeline.

Poblah. It's got to be Poblah. 12 Canadians and we don't have to protect Renaud? There's no way I don't protect Poblah I'd protect ... Poblah, Cauchy, Henoc, Volny, Pencer, Greaves, Watson, Kohlert, Thomas, Neufeld, Swiston and one of either Sherman/Stephan. This of course is me holding the assumption that Etienne has an undated deal with the Bombers that they can file at anytime, since that's what I've heard. I'd also hold off on protecting Fitzgerald because let's be honest, they'd be stupid to take him. I'd emphasize the protection of receivers and defensive linemen because Ottawa has yet to really bulk up there and they're going to have to. That's what I'm predicting though.

I think one thing that was proven correct ... Ottawa is sure staying away from free agents as far as imports go. Or else they're just terrible at drafting.

If I was Winnipeg, I wouldn't be trying to trade for competition for Collaros. The big selling point we have over other teams at the moment is that he would be the clear cut starter. Start acquiring pieces to compete with him and all of a sudden, we're no different than Hamilton or Montreal.

If Miles was unprotected, I doubt Kelly was protected. I would've rather lost Kelly, to be honest. Makes me wonder who they DID protect though. If I had to guess, I would bet they protected quite a few guys on the DL
