He has draw based on being a mountain of muscle and still an athletic freak. I bet he is getting paid among the best on the card. Def done it for the sake of the event. Allegedly they only have fight with him, the wwe doesnt want to lose him for long and hunt doesnt really put him in legit contention. Though crazier match ups happen regularly. Maybe in a year they could be trying to push brock vs reem 2 for the belt. But i doubt it.

Brock of old? Maybe. Great for a temp boost, especially with him repping canada. But if GSP comes back hes more marketable. McG is bigger now and will be short of a huge belt run for brock that wont happen. And RR is more marketable if shed get off her sad sack and fight.

Would be a good main card with a great under card. I dont think brock is gonna bring in the sales some do. But if they out of the blue through bisping in to DC to unify 2 division belts then maybe.

Some of that list isnt in the league and atleast barrett chose the ncaa over cfl. His name has risen in several teams searches apparently hes happy with what he has going down south.

Ive some times wondered if he would be better or worse if he didnt constant fight cheap. eye pokes, kicks to the knee etc. I went from meh but talented fighter to watching him implode and not be able to stand him. All the antics between him and DC, the childishness, then the drugs, the crash and run etc. Hes a hard guy to like. I think he would have easily 50-45'd DC in the rematch and put it all to bed. Im kinda of disappointing that at some point in the future all this will happen AGAIN. UFC is really loosing on this 200 card. Its got tons of depth and good fights top to bottom for the die hard mma fans. But it doesnt have as much appeal or sell power as it could have. Imagine if the card had; aldo/diaz vs mcG, RR vs tate, HH vs cybro, brock vs any one, JJ vs dc, and maybe even a GSP return? They could still have the loaded prelims etc too. For being the "big event" for many years they sure lack the biggest draws on the roster. I hope they dont fill the DC JJ fight. Add another prelim and bump people up. Then have DC/JJ on one of the up coming fights Mabe in NY.

1 win 1 mvp and tons and tons of play off wins and regular season wins. yes he backed up for another gc win. but DD and garcia split games too. A ton more then khari. AC won 3 and lost 5 with some better teams then calgary. Damon allen won what 3 in 50 years? Dunigan won 2, from the bench. Hes not doug flutie, or warren moon. He isnt gonna carry the team on his back to a championship. But hes become pretty dependable.

He used to be the no1 guy to turn over the ball in the clutch. Now hes a guy who can win you the game. Not by any means the most clutch qb of all time. But he is a big game performer. Its a huge turn around from his younger days.

Pretty much. Every thing changes but you never know if that change is for the better or worse. Thats the beauty of sports. Any thing is possible in any given game.

pretty much what 17-85 said. Hammer and mtl are probably the two hardest counters to our offensive problems.

That style of coaching can be really effective on a heavily veteran laden team coming off a heavy handed coach. For a mostly young motley crue that havent has success not so much. Idk if this management group will can mid season. If they will i certainly think it happens 4-5 weeks.

With glenn it would have been a different game but could have been the same out come. in 2001 we were hands down better then calgary. Id say top to bottom. But we lost. If that team can lose to that stamps team (crandell was a journeymen and kinda avg starter too) while being pretty much healthy any thing can happen. I think if we play that game 10 times with 100% healthy rosters the bombers would win 7 times against sask. But when it came down to it, we didnt. Doesnt matter what would happen the hypothetical times, only on game day. 9.9999 times out of 10 the milt beats edmonton on the last play of the game (clutch glenn) doesnt happen. Same with the khari to arland bruce come back in calgary.

xD my least favorite place to travel through or visit. * it used to be the hammer. Found the city dirty and nasty, and ivor wynne was my least favorite stadium. Id rather go into the hostile confines of dirty old regina with the intense atmosphere. But i havent been in ages and the new stadium looks nice.

LOL is that a place? idr the name of it. Village of only a couple streets. I spent 4 days on a bus in a row all the names kinda melt together.

I bused through sask a couple times. and one winter up north this store opened on sundays for the bus goers to get food n such. I got the usual dirty looks n stuff wearing my bomber jacket. But the woman at the till actually refused to serve my ex and I. The bus driver loaded us all back up and drove to another town to eat.

i tend to agree with you. In his 3rd season i cant see reason to expect him to make huge strides any more. I really had high hopes for him. I cant say how surprised I am with his lack of fire and how flat his team plays. This roster reminds me a lot of the 2000 bombers. 7-10-1 but the big difference to me is no ritchie. The fire the team played with for him was amazing. We got a lot of penalties, but man they played their hearts out for him. Especially down the stretch.

His blocking hasnt been bad, his blitz recognition and coordinating the line hasnt been good. Young center though thats kinda to be expected. He doesnt have a slow release. plop even mentioned that in the most recent interview, his release is solid and has improved. He gets happy feet once hes been pressured a bit though, doesnt look off wrs, and doesnt pick up blitz shifts well. (show and drop, delay blitz.) The more he gets hit the worse he plays. And I expect him to get hit like a red headed step child against hammer. It could get ugly.
