We should play Lewis, no doubt... That's why we've kept him around. But, has anyone else noticed him on the sidelines on game days? He's a big man, but he doesn't seem to move around very well. I can't recall, for sure, but I beleive he's had a few knee surgeries? I guess, my point is, we better bring in some other options, because Lewis may not last too long.

Walters has done his job. The problems with the Bombers are Bellefeuille and to a lesser extent, O'Shea.
I'd have to throw Tracey into the mix, as well.

Greaves, who is supposed to be a natural RG should be given a shot with the understanding that this is probably his last shot at being a starter. Still, it all comes down to protecting the quarterback, and I am disappointed to hear that O'Shea may be considering starting Brohm next game. The caveat is that if Marve was upchucking last game because he was hung over, that changes everything, but I would want some significant proof of that before believing it. If this is true, then it would mean that our first three choices at QB are all unfit for duty and that would set off all kinds of alarm bells.
Huh? Where did that come from.
I heard he was battling the flu, not the hung flu. Where did you hear this??

What kind of football / league / uniforms / field is that?
The Northern Kentucky River Monsters in the UIFL, of course!
Ultimate Indoor Football League
Looks like they laid some outdoor carpeting over dirt... Let's play!

If that's the case, how bad is Goossen that he can't replace a guy with a broken thumb who was basically letting DT's take free runs at Willy?
This is what really worries me
Yeah, we're not hearing much about Goossen... Even with the poor play/injuries on the interior of the line. It's a bit concerning.

I hope it's Marve on Friday and I hope MB actually calls some plays that fit his strengths.

marve played well in his one start last yr in the snow, give him a shot , u never know not bad in ham except for the one pass that he should not have thrown , but we know what we get with the other guy, not much
Marve reminds me a lot of Elliott. But I like Marve to start instead of Brohm. Marve can at least march the O downfield.
One big difference is Marve has a cannon arm.

give it a rest - quick looking for excuses! Bombers getting their butts handed to them. Hamilton just scores again! Bombers need to just give them the 2 points and get on the plane as soon as possible. Why was there no yards there? Not to mention the blatant hold they missed.
You give it a rest, I'm not looking for excuses... It was a legitimate question. And yes they are playing terrible, but a tipped pass and a partial block have really put us in a hole.

Looks like he's going to drees Sunday.

No I missed what happened. Just saw him walking off to the locker room with the trainer in the middle of practice. Bastien now getting reps with the 1's.
Could you tell what was bothering him or what the trainers were looking at?Veltung just left practice with trainer. Looks to be injured.
It would really suck to lose him too.
Okay, thanks for the info gbill.
I see Gibson is out too? D line is getting thin along with the receivers.

Wild could see a lot of playing time in the Hall of Fame Game, Sunday. He's one of the few healthy safties on the team right now.
5th paragraph down....

A bit of info on Wild at Steelers camp.
It now appears the injury to the other safety (Golden) isn't as serious as first feared... For what it's worth.

Let's hope they've replaced Willy's knee with strands from this guy's beard!

I would have to say Picard, unfortunately.
