    It's moot point; I don't think it crossed the line I'm sure if they are 3rd and millimetres they go for the touch down anyways and its in.  It would be different if it was already 3rd down but it wasn't.

    The ball would be placed back at the 1 yard line, so there is certainly no guarantee they go for it and get in on 3rd down.

    I'm wondering which Bomber team shows up.  The one that looked like a real football team and beat up the Riders or the one that looked like they were completely lost against Hamilton?

     

    Is our offense really the one that chewed up yards on the ground and in the air against Regina or the one that threw Int's and rang up 2 and outs vs Montreal?

     

    Our defense has been consistently bad in both games, but we will be facing a rookie QB, right out of college with one game of experience under his belt and some film on him. If we give up over 400 yards again, then something is seriously wrong no matter if O'Shea is worried or not about it.

     

    The biggest question is:  Is Willy really OK or not? I know I'll be hold my breath every time he gets hit and I know I won't be alone.

     

    We are completely healthy for the first time in a couple of years and Montreal has a ton of injuries (7 on the 1 game and 10 on the 6 game including Crompton, Hebert, and Woods)

     

    On paper, we should win this one, but games aren't played on paper,

    I hope that's not a premonition.

    With Clemons being released, it's becoming a concern that the scouting team really can't scout CFL calibre WRs.

    Agreed. I'm willing to give Veltung more time at receiver before passing judgement but he seems to be more suited to a DI role at PR/KR. This will make two years of swings and misses at receiver recruitment. That's not good.

     

     

    Jhomo Gordon says hello - he's an incredibly impressive prospect for his age.

     

    So was Terrence Jeffers Harris. I'm not saying it's a definitive miss for this year, just saying it could be. I like Gordon's upside, but he is no shoe-in for recruitment success yet.

     

    TJH was done in by his own shitty attitude. If he wasn't a whiny ***** he coulda been a real good receiver in the CFL. 

     

     

    Totally. The guy had some impressive skills, he was just an ass clown.

     

    Or maybe it was his girlfriend?  Wasn't she a piece of work?  Filling his head with a bunch of BS.  Maybe I'm thinking of someone else....  Or maybe I'm way off...

    Thank god for Chungh and Goossen's progression or Neufeld's injury problems would be a lot more serious.

     

    This is why I think Neufeld may be expendable after this year if he doesn't prove to be reliable... maybe we draft another OL 9th overall next year... ;) ... and he is a versitile 6th man to replace Neufeld...

     

    I see where you're going with that, but I believe we gave up our 1st round pick for Waggoner.   ;)
