Why can't people just enjoy football?

I'm a Star Trek fan. I like it better than Star Wars. I used to get excited about a ne ST series coming. But 8 episode seasons, season long arches for storylines, waiting up to 2 years for the next season, cancellation of Strange New Worlds which was the only episodic ST series bcause of a failed merger between Paramount Studios & Skydance Entertainment before it had a chance to really get going as a weries has really caused me to go meh over Starfleet Academy. I may not even watch it.

Let me tell you about watching the Bombers at McMahon for the past almost 20 years.........

Yeah, I just got tired of hearing the insults especially when we're playing so poorly. The backup being unprepared is on the coaching staff & not on Adams. He's playing hard trying to win.

Thanks. Mini Mack was an incredibly talented player who came from a tough background of poverty in Chicago whose lifestyle caught up with him. First as a pro with the Bombers when he was suspended & then after his retirement as a pro football player. He was a life long gang banger who spent more time in jail than he did outside the institutions that held him. RIP Mack Herron.

I agree but it shouldn't just be the Co-Ordinators on the hot seat. It also needs to be Walters & Osh to answer for this past off season. Like WTH were you both doing? Relying on things out of their control which is never good. With his inkjury & subsequent surgery & recovery, still Schoen may never reach the poiint where he was 2 years ago. Wilson may be a difference maker but what if he doesn't come back?

Schoen getting healthy and Wilson coming back from the NFL would be two pretty big in-season improvements to the group.

Fix it? The ones that wrecked it are still in charge running the team. They spend half a mill in a qb & then cheap out on the receivers for some unknown reason. This isn't 1985. You can't just airlift player in anymore to fix things. The receivers won't get fixed until the off season.

Just popping in to say...I'm as disappointed as any of you. I get that things are said in the heat of the moment...but some of the posts making poking fun at the Case injury...be better

Watching that crap efforts in person in enemy territory was just about the least fun I have had at a football game. I do have a new found respect for Argo fans, they were engaged with the game, knowledgeable and for the most part respectful of us as visiting fans. Even had someone ask WTF is up with Collaros, why is he looking so bad. I think he was a litttle surprised with the frankness of my assessment. Streveler is our best QB, just needs to get his passing on target better, not the shoelaces and not 3 feet over their head, somewhere in the middle would be perfect.

I didn't hear the pre or post game but its clear the Bombers don't have any answers, Maybe the lose of some Key players the decline of the older players and the lost of the coaches it catching up with them

Agreed. Sometimes pro athletes stop listening. Happens in all sports. That aside, something isn't right with Collaros. He should still be serviceable. His arm isn't the same. We could use another receiver. Parker may not be the answer at safety. Others are compensating for some sort of broken coverage over and over because Toronto receivers, like Calgary are getting open. Alot. The D-line was better tonight, but I'm not convinced the starting linebackers are the right combo. Tony Jones had 2 sacks tonight but I'm more concerned with coverage and what plays he is seeing develop while in his position. The same can be said with Kramdi and his coverage. I don't know. Some of what I saw can be corrected but it should've been corrected after Calgary. Missed tackles POOR tackles...I believe realistically O'Shea should be fired and maybe that's the fire that needs to be lit. What's happening now, compared to the first 3 games?

here's an interesting observation....take the last 3 grey cups....Last season and this season...we are a 14-13 team and if not for that fluke wind last year in Mtl we are a sub .500 team at 13-14....Thats 27 games folks....you see the trend? Even the last 3 playoff yrs..,,,,we are 3-3....a .500 club This didn't just come from outta nowhere....and over all those games...there has been a consistent group of things contributing to it Firther to that....last yrs poor start I think most the losses were like by one score.....less than double digits anyway...this yr...we not even in the game by the 3rd quarter....think about it....and Our HC in all those games thinks that things are good...we will figure it out...they all starters....they here cause they give us a chance to win...we really like him.......isn't happening with how he is running this show....it's almost to the point now we just need to put a tent over it all and call it a Circus in ugly fashion again...out coached...unprepared....out classed....out physicalled....save for a core of about 7...8 guys Jackson definately needs to take over....or at the least be the game day quality/control guy and call the shots

Imo you don’t fire him. But you promote Jackson to be his boss on offence pretty quickly here.

There's no real fix. IMO, feature Wheatfall. Best chance there of anyone of having a guy other teams will be concerned about, and not just vertically. Corcoran is a nice piece. I'd like to see him get a bunch more reps, very complimentary with Clercius in regard to winning routes coming into the field where Clercius is more of a threat in isolation.
