  1. Past hour
  2. White chose to leave, because the Bombers weren't willing to play him right off the bat (no different than Mitchell). He gave them a week after camp to find a spot for him and they couldn't/wouldn't. Even if they had signed another receiver, I don't think it would have been any different. They seem to be so opposed to letting "new" guys play over an existing player - if I was a FA, this is probably the last place I'd sign.
  3. They did bring in 3 guys essentially for one spot, in white, sterns and mitchell. But they could’ve brought in some one who was less of a hail mary. White was the best of them in camp imo. Glad lawson is off for houston too. It’s wild though how thin we are at soo many positions.
  4. I wonder how Reggie White Jr would have turned out had they kept him instead. Also I wonder why they didn't sign any other free agent receivers during the off season?
  5. Mitchell was a mistake from day 1 ...yet we kept him around ...for why???? We should have parted ways right from the get go....yet we kept an obviously unprofessional player who was a moral deficit for the rest of the club...I'll never understand the move ...I don't know for sure who was the mastermind behind bringing him in in the first place while we let an ace receiver in Lawler walk....Someone has to be held accountable...Will there be????not likely
  6. $$$$$$$ If you ever wonder why, that's the answer.
  7. That seems to be the case. Hard to understand why the Grey cup committee thought that would be a good idea. Like I understand having that be an option, but not the only option. Unless I'm missing something. I was hoping to get to a party or two. But I'm not buying a concert ticket that I don't want in order to get to them.
  8. not only that, cobb is far pre valuable for depth on teams than corcoran
  9. So what's the deal with the furor surrounding these passes? They decided to combine the concerts and the team parties and that make it harder to secure team party access? Is there less supply than there has been in other Grey Cups?
  10. Today
  11. Yea, there were two plays in a row that Mitchell, just half arsed his routes at a light jog, Frustrated? Doesn't matter. Unprofessional, and MOS and JJ let him have it. I would be shocked if we see him again, and this probably solves the 'mystery" of why he never saw the field much this year. It wasn't some bias by MOS as previously reported.
  12. MOS showing his displeasure with him, JJ very animated in trying to coach him up while showing him plays on his playcard, Wilson trying to get Mitchell more engaged on the sidelines as Mitchell would drift off and stand alone while the D was on.
  13. However... if Cobb is the better option to start why the **** is Corcoran the guy backing up every game this season?
  14. Based on what I saw on the sidelines last week against the Elks, it makes sense seeing Mitchell come off. On the one hand I'm really surprised he hasn't been released but on the other hand not surprised because we have limited depth at that position.
  15. I like Cobb starting instead of Corcoran.
  16. So 2 weeks to go to make the playoffs and the player with the 2nd most receiving yards on the active roster is the RB... and the player with the most is playing his first game since being murdered across the middle and missing 3 weeks. NBD
  17. Just feed Brady the ball. He is down on touches this week. Have him touch the ball 30 times and rack up 300 yards from scrimmage
  18. Don't forget a longer field, goal posts on the goal line, and a 25 yard end zone. All key elements to exciting football.
  19. Don't forget the jet sweeps.
  20. It's been Cobb and Wheatfall getting the reps in practice apparently... Expecting them to start. But we'll see...
  21. yep sure sounds like it. I think corcoran will play over cobb. Should be cobb though.
