Yeah, the job is his even if he comes to camp injured and doesn't practice a single time. We know how O'Shea operates at this point. Veterans don't need practice and they certainly don't need to be evaluated.

Things were going so well this off season, and then they just couldn’t help them selves and decided to get the gang back together. 2019 is going to be 7 years ago this season. You can rationalize bringing back one or two of these guys ( I would have moved on from all 3 but that’s just me) but all 3.. Clearly Walters and O’Shea are still living in the glory days; if teams like Montreal can move on from a 28 year old star because of injuries and objectively not living up to his contract I think it’s a no brainer about Wilson.

I don't mind bringing Wilson in as veteran insurance... what I do want to see is new guys coming into camp with a real chance of replacing the old vets like him. I dont' want them giving him the job by default while keeping a potential starter on a bench getting extremely limited reps.

Other leagues, namely the MLB and NFL, have been realizing this and starting to capitalize on it. Several MLB teams have been drastically improving their major league and minor league meals. NFL teams have been doing a much better job of fueling their athletes for the demands of their position and for the goals of dietary plans. If we seriously invested in food, the infrastructure for SnC/medical, Travel, and FaF experience, I think we would see a ton of value on the field. If I was Doman, Id focus on that rather than big concerts.

It's really humourous to me watching Booch take the hardline anti-Osh stance, and Gcn20 intentionally take the hardline anti-Walters stance as a reciprocal.... I'm more a fan of grey areas.... And less of the black and white.

I dunno...Any NCAA center how was twice nominated for a Rimington watch list candidate and was a widely regarded standout center over 36 ganes in Div 1 football, and is not undersized yet still athletic....former Rugby dude too....to me in my experience is a better option than a CIS slug..who was dumped on the scrap heap and unwanted for 2+ yrs, and if was given the chance to suck for as long as Kolo was...would have likely turned into one the best Centers in the league..Thankfully he is still in his prime as far as centers go...kinda just entering it so he still likely will But that's just me

to me, it's one of two things... either the Eli boosters here are just wrong... or maybe he is a better C but the team valued his ability as the sixth man higher because Kolo would be even more useless if he was anything other than C...
