  2. An improved front 7 gives a DC plenty more options.... An improved front 7 gives a DC plenty more options.... An improved front 7 gives a DC plenty more options.... An improved front 7 gives a DC plenty more options.... An improved front 7 gives a DC plenty more options....
  3. Yesterday
  4. I actually think osh still loves those guys who play right on the line. Like don't take stupid penalties but I don't think he’s got a problem with the guys who take a little shot here and there just to send a message.
  5. Vaval returns punts both return kick offs. Cooley becomes the back up wr as we have done in the past with guys like gmc. Then we di Sergio and probably Ayers. Cooleys been better catching passes than our fa wr vets. If Brady went down we’d be pooched way more than if an imp wr did. Plus we could spell Brady more, use him as a pass catcher more, and keep him healthy.
  6. Somewhat related to us - Montreal cut star from last year Tre Thomas
  7. For sure. It’s time for Wilson. Bridges too with all the talent at DB they brought in
  8. The ratio is wrong for Cooley as running back is a canadian spot. So, how do we keep him?
  9. That little Green Drop should have learned to kick box. Poor Booch.
  10. Agreed. I know he doesn’t have the ties of a Kyrie Wilson, but it’s nice to see we can move on from guys beyond just rookies.
  11. Bombers cut Myron Mitchell
  12. Yeah I think last yr he was creating his base and his idealogy...he expanding and progressing it now.
  13. That's a big meh move...Wallis showed more than Case ever did...
  14. I think this game finalized what we all knew… This years TC MVP winner, is Cooley. Following in the footsteps of the oft mentioned legend tony ortiz and countless others, Cooley won over the fans, media, staff and his fellow players. He tore up the field every time he got a chance and has assured him self a tremendous package in the next couple days. Instead of the usual apple and a road map, he can look forward to a steak sandwich from Simone’s and a business class plane ticket on an indirect flight. In all seriousness, he’s shown he deserves a chance to play in this league. He even had a nice block on a sweep, and a really nice catch in a ball low and behind.
  15. And Wallis is the first release today. Cut to make room for Kody Case, who came off the suspended list.
  16. I remember hating Osh the player, nearly at a Simoni Lawrence level of anger
  17. I figured German, surname Messerschmitt.
  18. Jy has been experimenting a lot with more 40 fronts and blitz schemes. We can always fall back to the 30 fronts dime max cover but I think we will see a lot more aggressive fronts this year. I don’t think any one is prepared for what Jy is gonna do. Buck does know our core guys and coaches well though. We will see if he can then that familiarity into any sort of advantage. He’s been an extremely mixed bag at that in the past. we don’t need to be a team that sends 7-8 often, if we can send two or so extra mixed in and get a good push from 4 that will go soo far.
  19. Yeah. And that Argo team always seemed to have a true nose tackle. They went with a 3 man front & O'Shea/Eiben could just tee off on guys from the ILB spots. I'm sure there were shenanigans aplenty.
  20. I don’t think he will lose interest, but he could end up else where. I love shmecks heart and motor. He might well turn him self into a solid back end of the roster Canadian. For all his work and drive though he isn’t suddenly going to become a guy who can bull rush the pants off guys. I saw a couple great uses of his hands to disengage from blockers and get fill run lanes.
  21. Plenty of bit errr female dogging
  22. And has more upside than Thomas...and is more effective....Schmeck too if we being honest...PR him and let him soak up the pro experience and teaching...we have held on to way worse slugs on the PR before...some for 2 yrs
  23. Hahah...oh my...thing with Osh tho...and not a slight...hes a "do as I say.. and not as I do" kind of guy...as a player he was a prick...one of the sneakiest dirty guys and played on the edge of legal stuff...and was kind of a real prick...total anthesesis of what he claims we look for...I have nothing wrong with that kind of player as that's how I was...and generally kind of player that flourished...I just find it funny cause Osh the player would have a hard time making or staying on the roster of Osh the coach...his saving grace would been his birth certificate
  24. Send him back to the Wpg. Rifles and he might lose interest in football. No reason not to keep him on the PR and help him develop, he already looks better than Kornelson.
  25. Lofton is a decent journeyman lineman and D. Mitchell so far looks about the same grade. Both are replaceable.
