Apparently for some TW going 0-3 in passing is a big enough sample size for Coach to say ‘yup TW is not a viable option as I figured, yes I know Zach you can’t grip the ball, put a glove on it, take a few reps while our D is on the field and get back out there, we have no other viable options other than you. What’s that JD? No sorry JD you aren’t a viable option either, put your ball cap back on and get back to charting stats and never talk to me directly again. What’s that TW? Nope sorry you blew your chance going 0 for 3 plus we have never believed in you anyways from the get go, but be ready to go if ZC is taken to the hospital’. -

I fully understand that it might be time for Jake... (Tho I believe the issue is more how much he was used, but he may have to be moved on from entirely in order to keep him off the field too much.. similar to Bighill last year...) Paddy and Stan... I'm not sure what they have left in the tank but I trust the OL coaches to know best. Koala... They clearly see something we don't. But it sure seems to me like we can do better there. But again, I have to trust the OL coaches. Costello knows more than us. I feel like we can PROBABLY do better than Tony Jones but I think they're pretty committed to him unless they magically find a superstar a la Bighill in 2017 (??) to step in right away that's clearly an upgrade. Kyrie had a fairly productive season and managed to stay healthy.... But can we upgrade at that spot? Schoen and Strev... It might be time to cut ties. Love em both but those knees can't be trusted. Other than that, I'm not sure what really jumps out at me that we NEED to move on from. -

I always thought the WFC could have done a better job of promoting the team. I know Hamilton's soccer team has always been a success on the field but I think a large part of their attendance numbers is due to the cross promotion they do with the TiCats. I think Valour could still be viable in Winnipeg if there was a smaller facility they could play in. But even then, the team would need to work to attract fans as the Seabears have come in and scooped up a good portion of the family entertainment dollars in the Peg.

Jesus watching this 4th quarter again for the first time is driving me crazy. I remember why I don't like Buck. AND Zach threw the same amount of interceptions as completions (2) after coming back in..at least until the 3min warning. The interceptions were not outstanding plays by the defensem the first was horribly underthrown and the 2nd never should have been thrown at all. OH there's another int from Collaros to make it 3 interceptions. So he's now at 2 completions to Bombers and 3 to Argos...Someone tell me if that's better or worse than Terrys performance? -

I completely agree. Not sure what the thinking on that is at all. We need to get rid of guys that are not performing and old not young and excelling. Same goes for a very reasonably priced Redha Kramdi. He is a bargain right now. Booch hasn't liked either guy since day one, and refuses to admit both guys have turned into pretty darn good players....but MOS is the biased one...lol. -

yup, him Nichols and Allen should all be back next season. -
Sucks for whatever fans they had, but I'm glad this anchor is no longer weighing down the Bombers and they can now reap the full benefits of their success.

Holm is arguably our best DB. He was a ******* all star this year. It's wildly absurd to suggest getting rid of him. -
Yes, he was…. But the Jets would have to be some kind of desperate to go that way.

WOW 0 for 3 passing is for sure enough to tell a coach nope not working let's put crippled ZC back into play. ffs -
Combined income of 380k according to press reports at the time of their signings. Replacing them with 3 rookies you are looking at 220k and losing a NAT starter and all star DB. Probably not where I would trim the roster with the exception of Thomas. There are 8 other teams in this league that would jump at Kramdi at 135k. That is not a high contract for a NAT at all.

What did Collaros do when he came back in? What were his stats? If I remember correctly...he did complete a pass to someone in blue For context, Wilsons first pass was low and behind Brady, but Brady did get both hands on the ball before dropping it. His 2nd pass was called PI against TO. And his 3rd was horribly underthrown and should have been picked off. His 4th went right threw the hands of Wheatfall in the corner of the endzone. He didn't once hand the ball off to Brady (Thanks Buck!). But his reads were all correct. He stood in the pocket when needed and he rolled out when needed. But I suppose having 2 drops is worse than throwing interceptions..... AAAAAND When Collaros came back in his stats were 6 of 14 for 114yrds and 1 int. Just dominate numbers which I'm sure played into the reasoning to let him back in the game. Yes....yes I did go and watch that part of the game instead of doing my work. - Today

Terry Wilson DID play. Promptly went 0-3 passing. I guess we have all chosen to forget that. I guess we will also forget that ZC had two of his 3 ints after the injury tipped at the line. -
I think 375K-400K is a good approximation. Holm was outstanding this year - and I have no problem with him and his salary. Kramdi at ~135K is too much - but he can play - but he is definitely not elite. Thomas - serviceable back in his first 6 years or so, but has really, really declined - and is a detriment physically to the play of the D -Line now. I appreciate his heart, and his dedication to the Bombers, and should be moved to a non-playing position - maybe learning how to coach, or perhaps the back/front office.

oh my gosh again another person saying we had no viable option so nothing we could have done but play a crippled ZC is so frustrating to read over and over again. Another person who can peer into an alternate universe and know that if we did play 100% healthy TW or JG it would have not worked 100% guaranteed. Is it you who is thinking we had no viable option or is it you thinking MOS and company believed they had no viable option? Because if it was the latter, whoever dressed TW and JG as our back-up qb’s knowing full well they will not see the field unless zc was carted off should be fired or at least be scolded. I got to say using ALLCAPS here is quite appropriate and cathartic. -

ANYONE WITH THE ABILITY TO GRASP A BALL WAS A BETTER OPTION THAT COLLAROS -
I really want yo know what happened where clercius went from "we can cut wolitarsky for you" to "we're going to start Corcoran ahead of you "
-
RIP Valour FC what else can go wrong today in local sports?
-
C'mon. Those 3 aren't earning a combined $500K. Closer to $375K-$400K range. Even if that were true, you have to replace them with 3 other players. On ELC's that's still $74K per player. ME too. IMO Logan, Schoen and Mitchell shouldn't be back.
-
Comrie and milic standing on each others heads aren’t as tall as Helle.
-
Clercius didn't really take a step forward this year. Nield is fine depth but wouldn't want him starting.
