So Oakman suspended and released from the team.....Well one less D lineman to worry about! Defensive lineman Shawn Oakman has been suspended indefinitely for violating the Canadian Football League’s Gender-Based Violence and Harassment Policy, the league announced on Friday, and the team also announced that they have released the fifth-year veteran. The suspension is effective immediately, and the Alouettes made the decision to release Oakman effective immediately as a result.

Fans in calgaary have no idea juSt how much a new stadium can enhance the football experience. We don't have any form of pro baseball. Only a small elite can afford Flames season tickets.

Oakman is being replaced by Kori Roberson Jr., who was already on the active roster. our defense is as good as any in the league, And most of the issues people have are on fringe starters. I expect this game will be close and I won't be surprised if Willie is a difference maker

It's not even so much optimism as just "I really ******* enjoy Bombers game day..." We only get 18 of these a year, plus pre season, and any "bonus" playoff games we get, you're goddamn right I'm gonna enjoy it. The offseason is long enough... Yeah.....always enjoy game day regardless of the warts and all And for some reason....Is this the first time for a team to go thru the East on the crossover...to play in the Cup in their own back yard...a team thats been hemorrhaging crap and seems to be clueless at the coaching level and flawed to the core??....Kinda writes itself for the unexpected shock story It also set's up for an utter embarrassing loss that showed the backing into the play-offs was just lipstick on a pig and glossed over the blatantly apparent issues...with similar themes from previous 3 flops key in the floppage....and same fatal error's and allows us to clean the slate and install new blood at the top......which will we get???
