They should just roll with the Houdon who replaced Oullette...utilize a import elsewhere and likely save money....regardless tho with that crap oline and just the crap OC....doesnt really matter who they have...especially with Brittle Harris back behind center....They are a team in my opinion on the fine line of implosion at any moment....I also not sold on Mace either...doesnt seem like legit HC material there...tho thats what you gey when you settle....Dickyboi being another example.....Meuller the O.C too currently.....crap staff there in my opinion....and the asshattery by players you still see on the field is a rflection of the locker room cilture still permeates there from yrs ago

He's not exactly a guy you want to design your Offense around. But as a placeholder for a season when you're expected to do well, he's a solid add.
-
Carey was an excellent running back. but the Argos didn't hesitate to release him and I have to think there was a reason behind it. RB's lose the mileage and speed battle faster than any other players on the field and I have to wonder if his odometer has rolled over.

Especially after seeing all those empty seats in Regina and Calgary this weekend.

Unless you've suffered a serious injury, you have no way of knowing how Streveler will react to contact on hi lower body, specifically his knee. You can cage that dog. I know from personal experience of what I say. We'll see how he handles it. Just let him throw the ball like every other qb does.
-
If you pause the video at the time of the hit you can see it's helmet to helmet. The Lions get called for rough play & they celebrate a head shot on X.

Sounds fantastic. I've never met a Belgian style beer that I didn't like. 1919; Pale Moon

Cautiously optimistic about this one.
-
"He can do that?"
-
Sounds like his cycle ran out before heading back to the regular season.
-
Does Ryquell "Out of Football" Armstead hold that record?
-
I thought he got into body building two years ago and this is why everyone assumes that he has power.
-
I hope not, I'd rather him only run if it is the last option.
-
There is no way you can cage that dog. He's going to be running. Maybe less than before but I guarantee he's plowing through linebackers by the second quarter.
-
See, Ouellette is always confusing to me because everyone talks about him as a power back but he is pretty tiny for that. Riders listed him at 5.09 and 210 going into last season. Then there were reports of him ending the season at 225. And then apparently he lost 35 pounds and put 10 back on to start the season at 208 this year.
-
I think Streveler is going to need to be in the 230-250 range because I don't expect him to do much running or RPO type stuff year 1 off the ACL. That era of his career might be done. Like how he beat Ottawa last year.
-
Carey is a weapon. Ouellette is a 235 pound slug who runs upright.
-
I think Rourke's running is a real sign of his lack of maturity as a QB at this point. He takes a lot more sacks than he needs to as well because he starts looking into the rush and looking to escape to run. He hasn't developed the ability at this level to avoid staring down the rush. Maybe BC's OL last year didn't help him in that area. He looked somewhat improved in that regard yesterday. Alexander is a Dave Dickenson clone. Just zero fear and scrappy. No one has anywhere near the arm Dru Brown does. Collaros and Rourke are the only guys in his league. You watch Adams, BLM etc work from the pocket. Floating balls, off time all over the place. Guys having to work back to balls thrown behind them, dive at balls on the turf, leap at balls sailed with no velocity. You pin Adams and Ford in the pocket 90% of the game, stay patient, just wait for them to hand the ball to you. Ottawa needs to stop paying washed up Americans on D and get a OL. Start with playing a centre who can snap with his eyes up. WTF is Jacob Ruby doing there?
-
I wonder if that is kinda gonna give Strev that Lil extra motivation to show him too...not that he needs any extra ever but it's gotta be in his mind a bit..and rightfully so
