2026 Bombers Season
Cfl rookie salary was ALWAYS a tough sell. NIL makes it tougher. However, at the end of the day nothing has changed for those chasing the NFL dream. We are the only credible league that offers fans in the stands, a chance to play decent football and get decent tape. A few guys, because of NIL, may give the UFL a longer look but seeing their garbage on field product most guys will realize their chance at quality film is almost non existent

Restaurant/food thread
They have a glass cabinet that is maybe 4 feet wide that contains everything. It is also a full size restaurant also, so it's not like a kiosk. Tim is phasing out soups and pastries in certain areas of the country and are moving towards more of the flatbreads and bowls. Baaaaaaaack in my youth, Tim Hortons would actually have a wide variety. I hope Dunkin donuts can come and offer such crazy items such as a "double chocolate, maple dip or vanilla dip donut" for which Tims no longer offers in each location. Maybe even crazy things such as the powdered donuts.

2026 Bombers Season
Yeah NIL money is why guys like Pavia are more than happy to spend 6-7 years in college. Next to the NFL, it's their best bet to make big money.

Iirc he was a real **** too. Got involved later in some pump n dump stuff.- 2026 Bombers Season
The only people wrong are the two taking a hard line on either side. There's plenty of blame to go around everyone from Walters on down to the coordinators...- Blue Bombers -- 2025/26 Offseason -- Discussion Thread
Well my biggest memory or matt nichols prior to the Bombers is his leg bending at an angle legs don't bend at and then with a gimped shoulder from his time as a bomber. But we see it everywhere. Guys start out making throws everywhere on the field and then as the years progress with lapo they give up the middle and it's either a deep shot or check downs and usually an injury somewhere along the way.- 2026 Bombers Season
On the never ending who is to blame, MOS or KW, I once again say- 2026 Bombers Season

you mean they don't stock the cookies or the dream donuts? I know it's probably going to end up on the IKEA end (I think there's room in McPhillips too)- Restaurant/food thread
Now is the time for them to come back. Tim Hortons continually kills the brand and keeps eliminating items that made them successful in the first place, if Dunkin can come in and offer a variety with decent coffee then they should do well. The offerings at Tim near my house is embarrassing (i.e. plain, honey dip, chocolate dip, and if lucky a few other donuts that change every month).- Blue Bombers -- 2025/26 Offseason -- Discussion Thread
Yeah Matt Nichols lit the world on fire with other OC's.- The Marvel Thread

The jersey scene never happened irl. That was only for the movie. Also he didn't work any harder than the average player.- The TV Thread

That's not accurate at all. KW is as much to blame for the last 3 years as Osh. It's HIS job to go out and get/keep/replace talent. This isn't to excuse Osh, but a narrative that suggests our winning was due to KW but our losing was because of Osh is not accurate. KW was MIA the two previous seasons when it was abundantly apparent we lacked talent in key areas I mean honestly, Osh made things tougher but look at our FA crop from last year..garbage- 2026 Bombers Season
And likely wont be his role, or need to be really. He will be speed off the edge, and a pressure guy but also prob has the ability to as well crash in on the line off the edge as a nice backside pressure hopefully getting to ball carriers before they get into second level. He's a guy we haven't really had in a while...a pure speed rush end...Interestingly enough Bailey is prob just as fast off the snap...if not faster and also can bull rush his way in and actually overpower an olineman...He's very deceiving body wise with what he possesses and a lot of people are totally under estimating him and what he will bring....He's a unique player. Gotta think we will see sets with Ceresna, WJ....Bailey and Gatkuoth as a 4 more man front and that will be a hard group for an oline crew to manage- 2026 Bombers Season
15 lean pounds on the defensive end is a lot. Its not soft body mass differences like with DTs or guards. 15 pounds of muscle from basically the small side of normal, when you're facing import tackles in the 6'4 300 range all day. Bailey and WJ are slight, but Bailey is an outlier in terms of strength and WJ plays his own game. I think Nuer will be good up here, but he does have to be protected in terms of rep exposure early on. His testing for his size wasn't ideal either. Thats why he isn't in the NFL. If he had the same athleticism with 15lbs more lean mass or a higher tier of athleticism at his size he wouldn't be up here now. Its hard to say. His frame looks long and lanky. He could bulk with out question, would it slow him is the question. If he can't bulk with out slowing down he's best off staying down in weight imo. He did drop back from the edge range from his spot a decent bit in college. I think to start with, he will do a lot better rushing from a stand up position rather than having a hand in the dirt on most of his snaps.- Restaurant/food thread
want to bet they're made the same way as Tim's is not very fresh (don't get me wrong I'll try it once) I never had it when it was here the first time around https://accesswinnipeg.com/2026/05/dunkin-returning-to-canada-with-hundreds-of-new-locations-planned/- 2026 Bombers Season
An inch or two taller and 15 pounds lighter. Not saying he won't be effective, and I'm sure he can add more weight to his frame if he wants. Just doesn't seem like the type that is going to jam up the line of scrimmage at 235.- 2026 Bombers Season
From what I could see, much of O'Shea's success was in the talent Walters handed to him, but in the last 2-3 years, it seems that Walters backed off and O'Shea had near-total control and the team suffered for it. We don't show who we really are when things are going well- we show our real identities when things around us are really struggling.- 2026 Bombers Season
6'3-6'4 235lbs doesnt strike me as small. Jackson Jeffcoat was 6'3 250lbs. Mathieu Betts is 6'2 250lbs..... - 2026 Bombers Season
