Sure... but if I had to list our best defenders he would be behind (in no particular order) Westerman, Bass, Wild, Leggett, Adams, Randle, and Johnson... But, of course, you can say that of almost any player. He's got great closing speed and many times has tackled a ball carrier short of the 1st down marker. Randle-Adams-Leggett-Johnson-Washington... assuming we get a new guy to play SAM. But I agree with Goalie, Washington probably wont be back.
