So much for Miller time: It appears that tailback-returner Steven Miller is now an ex-Roughrider. On M... http://bit.ly/1MW99nK  #Riders

I don't. He's terrible.

He is brutal. Trust me boys, you don't want nothing to do with this guy.

Yesterday's episode of Jeopardy had a clue that mentioned the CFL. The category was Literary Before & After and the clue was "A steamy E.L. James book becomes Canadian football's biggest team prize". The correct response was "Fifty Shades of Grey Cup" and yes there was a correct response.

You obviously don't watch Jeopardy or you would know that the American contestants pretty much suck when it comes to the majority of clues about Canada.

You would think Ottawa/Ham would have been prime with their new stadium. Kinda disturbing that the GC location is chosen a year before its played.

It is funny. But really what's there to do, other than sell tickets? This is a league that expanded to the US in 1993 & gave their franchises six months to get up & running.

They always announce it a year early. The announcements that Vancouver and Winnipeg had been awarded the GC were made in March 2013 and 2014 respectively.

That's the problem. GC location should be known more then a year before. Heck, we were at the point where every city had it before starting over. What happened to that?

Why does it need to be announced more than a year early? The teams know well before the announcement is made. BTW not every city has had it in the past 10 years - Hamilton hasn't had it since 1996. Both Hamilton and Ottawa will be hosting it in the next few years.

I hope the move to BMO field is a shot in the arm that argos need to get people to come to their games. Always a party in Toronto for Grey Cup.

With owners with big wallets who are willing to open them up it should be much better for the team. Add a good schedule and nice stadium that is much better for football than Rogers Centre and it should help get fans out.

Ottawa will receive to 105th Grey Cup in 2017, which coincides with Canada's 150th Birthday and/or anniversary, whichever you prefer.

The Hamilton Tigers 150th anniversary is in 2019, which could be one of the reasons (among others) Hamilton hasn't received the game yet.
