But that's also a ton of money tied up in import receivers. BC with the lowball but yet again, Desjardins continues to bid against himself. Probably could've had him for something around 180k realistically. Unbelievable. Desjardins is going to put Ottawa into cap hell within 3 years and that will undue what little progress that franchise makes during that time. The other GM's must be gobsmacked. Still... should be good for a few more wins for Ottawa this year and they really needed the star power. I'd love to have Williams on our team, but not at those dollars.
