OMG, you serious?? Let it go, the draft bust isn't coming back. With the receiving situation in Saskatchewan in turmoil, Etienne couldn't make their team & hasn't been brought back since Getzlaff has been out.

 

How long do the Bombers hang on to Corey Watson now that Julian Feoli-Gudino is making a name for himself? I wouldn't want to take him out of the lineup now if Watson was healthy enough to come back to play. The guy is making making big plays for us. We want players like that on the field not standing on the sidelines.

Hell I would take out Denmark and roll with 3 Canadian receivers. We are already using Kohlert and JFG well enough, the question is can Watson be a bigger impact than Denmark and I say yes he can.

 

When he plays which isn't often.

Leaving aside the assumptions on Watman being better than what we currently have, why would Saskatchewan trade Watman?  He's one injury from starting, and Picard is coming to the end of the line.  Saskatachewan doesn't have the depth to make that trade.  They have Watman, Clark and Vonk (PR) behind 4 NI starters on the OL.

With the emergence of JFG, if we could get Watman for Watson, I'd probably make that trade. Pretty sure Taman wouldn't though.
