This is something I can get behind. Now let's tailor this offense to Goltz .. Use his athleticism .. Allow the kid to be successful

It's the old "show the man how to do your job and then you are fired" trick.  Could Buck be a QB coach and OC understudy?  Do we want that?  I think we'll have to see if he can help turn around this completely dead offence first.

Like both these moves. Buck still around to come in off the bench if needed (and healthy). Hopefully he grows into the role.

Sort of a waste of time stating that the #2 job is now up for grabs.  Should be pretty clear that #2 is Hall's now.

 

Well, if you demote someone, and pretty much re-class their position, they aren't just going to step in again.

We all saw it coming.

This will be a big hit to Buck's pay packet.  I believe almost his entire salary is predicated on starting.

Depends on how much progress is shown by the offense, in general...

yeah only now they have an actual QB with talent to work with, watching Brink and Elliott last year it was obvious those two guys weren't the answer.  Goltz can run, he can throw, he follows orders (at least that's what the coaches say).  So no more excuses guys.  Get this offence on track, RFN.  You can't use the excuse this week if they suck that BC's defence was too good, after the ****-show they delivered against Toronto its obvious that D isn't as formidable as it was last year.
