May 12, 201411 yr Super unhappy about Parker being released, but I guess this is to be expected now that the draft has come and gone. Fringe NFL guys should be added shortly.
May 12, 201411 yr I would expect to see at least 4 - 5 guys signed within the next few weeks that went undrafted. I'm sure Walters contacted a lot of guys that wouldn't commit to the CFL until the NFL draft came and went. This happens every year.
May 12, 201411 yr I'm disappointed Parker was released, but it typically takes at least 12 months to recover from a torn ACL, and 2 years until your back to 100% (unless of course you are Adrian Peterson).

Maybe shocked isn't the right word though, I almost want to say I'm not surprised even, the team wasnt very good last season or the year before so i guess it makes sense to release guys who were part of the losing culture. It is odd to me though that a guy like aaron kelly and tariss paliwodda are still on the roster tho.

May 12, 201411 yr parker does have a history of injury problems too does he not? acl wasn't the only injury he had was it? cuz thought he had a hard time consistently staying on the field throughout his career here.
May 12, 201411 yr I wasn't as high on him as others around here, but Parker being cut still surprises me, especially since we aren't where we need to be LB wise.
