This game could really set the tone for the rest of the year. No reason they shouldn't get things rolling against their Defense assuming they can shut down their DL.

This is the biggest gift of a free spot on the bingo card we’ve seen in ages. I can not imagine how we create a loss out of this game.

Our OL has me worried with Betts. Bryant has struggled all year, but especially against speed. If Dru has no time, expect INTs.

3 things can happen:

1) We win in a blowout

B) We win a pathetically close one (a la the Ottawa game)

3) We lose an even more pathetically close one (a la the Ottawa game if it had gone the other way)

Praying for option 1... It's been awhile since I've enjoyed that kinda game at the ol barn (Ham last fall)...

It would be nice to be optimistic, but this is the team that barely scraped out a win against the (arguably) worst team in the league.

Ott has always been a tough match for us for whatever reason, and Dinwiddie has always been an even bigger challenge. This extremely injury-weakened BC team is much worse than the Ott team we faced last week.

Also, getting dog-walked at home like that, then having a short turnaround and a home game before a bye is a very large boost. It's one of the few cases where a short week isn't a weakness, imo. 2 games in 6 days without travel is better than 2 games in 7 days with travel. Even better than 8 days with 2 road games back to back, too.

It's not coaching or rah-rah type stuff. It's more a personal level of motivation, for lack of a better word. Incentive? Maybe.

Hoping for the best, fearing the worse.

I really don't know about this team anymore. The offense has its issues but man alive Our defense is just terrible. Second and long is almost automatic for the opposition. We cannot be letting guys roam free for touchdowns either. Can the defense play mistake free?

All 3 phases have taken turns looking like world beaters and then turn around and look totally incompetent. That's the biggest issue for me... Wild inconsistencies.

If Buck wants to rush Rourke back before he's ready then whatever happens is on him.

I was reading (I believe) yesterday that there's a chance Nathan Rourke plays. That would be insanely stupid on Buck's part if he did that. Even with Rourke in there at less than a hundred percent, we'd have to be on paper the odds on favourite to win. However, football games aren't won on paper. That;s why they play the game.

Special teams been consistent more so. Yes Sergio misses but asking him to kick 55 plus fgs is gonna result in misses. Vaval has been strong so all in all Vaval I think is a game changer. We don’t have a Vaval on O or D. Brady maybe but he’s being ignored.

Mistake free? I’d be happy if they could keep the mistakes under a dozen.
