  • The pace and rhythm of the O just looks different (in a good way) with Dru in there. Pokey had some head scratchers but he looked legitimate. Tony Jones is a guy I’m pretty harsh on but he had a great

Perhaps if they stopped paying the refs in East Side Mario's Gift Certificates, the quality would improve. 😂

and the commissioner wants to remove that from the game?

I sure wouldn't be sad to see Dru Brown do to the Argos defense what VAJ did to them.

I reckon he'll get his chance to. We'd be nuts to line up any way other than planning to run-blitz Oliveira to heck and gone. Meanwhile, we'll have either an untested (albeit promising) 'ute at safety or a player we just days ago grabbed off waiver from Montreal (excellent pedigree, but new to playing Safety, I think) as well as having a stand-in at WIL. So I'd say Dru is going to have a free shot at being a hero and if he loses the race to 35 points, well then he won't be blamed for a loss since he was a fill in and the win wasn't guaranteed.

For your D, the book on Kelly seems to be to cover deep and just test his patience until he finally is too tempted forces it into places where he can get picked. He isn't the Harris/Fajardo sort who'll take all of the free yards underneath all day and be glad for them, he wants to get his big-boy arm going and play rifleman.

I'm sure Brown will play fine. And have no worries of him not having the full package down or being at a disadvantage of any kind. Dude's been around long enough now...started games in 2 organizations...and is familiar with 80 percent of his offence here...counting coaches/oc...

also giys like Demski/White/Neild and Pokey know where to go of script or to beat a blitz...as does Brown...It will be seemsless

If anything I bet we have more sustained drives and win the T,O,P aspect as he isn't a sitting duck in the pocket, and doesn't panic like ZC does now...so will prob extend drives with just the fact he can move around/escape and get 1st downs with his legs consistently if need be...ZC cant

They definitely have... Just not consistently enough, IMO. And health is to blame for some of that, but still...

This game has a bunch of interesting stats. Toronto is the top offence in the league, and is only matched by its terrible D. Here is where I think we will see the game decided.

Toronto is the best Run D in the league. They are also the best team at avg yards on first down gained, scoring off turnovers, and have the most explosion plays on Off.

Neither team is great on D with generating pressure, TOP on both sides of the ball, red-zone %, or winning the turnover battle.

This game could come down to the Argos' ability to convert in the red zone, our ability to prevent big plays from scoring, and the Argos' ability to score off turnovers.

If we win points off turnovers and red zone conversion rate, we likely win the game.

We actually have a decent advantage in QBR differential as well.

On a non-statistical point, I would love for Brown to put on a show and tear the Argos up, making Dinwiddie look all the more dumb, especially with the deep ball.

was it white running straight down the field while the ball almost hit him in the back of the head that makes you say that? The hot routes this year have been hot garbage. That's essentially how Edm won that game. Blitz the hell out of Collaros cause no one was going to read it properly and give him a quick target.

what’s really sad is we are hamstringing our self with the wr roster, we aren’t using the pieces we have worth a damn, and they aren’t helping us as unit with the game plan. It’s a comprehensive failure on all sides when it comes to the passing game. Except qbing, which oddly has been good over all.

We should be making use of nield and demski in the intermediate range especially at seams, white should be taking the top off the D, while pookie and demski should do the catch and run stuff. Mix in mci in catch and run game along with putting singer on the ar and you’re cooking with gas.

I hope that brown jives a lot better with tc tonight.

Yup..I have no clue what they trying to accomplish..or if they even have a real idea

We aren't using what we have effectively and we are actually not even allowing for the best options to play

And what happened to Neild since game 1...you'd be hard pressed to even tell if hes even played of late

Not to mention the fact the Argos suck. I know I know I add so much to good in-depth football analysis, you’re welcome.

My key to the game is to get Brady going early and take the pressure off Dru.

Easier said then done, but the longer the Bombers have the ball the less Kelly has it.

Hey, it's The Trinity, You don't dare ask or complain. They are all wise & knowing. We're just schnooks, here. We needed to sign one more free agent receiver but for some unknown reason we didn't. After Day 1 of FA, it was like Walters slapped his hands & said, "We're done!!" while slapping himself on the back in self congratulations.

We should have kept Wheatfall but didn't. Instead, we have Cobb & Corcoran running around practicing route running during games. They have no business on the field. Both should be relegated to ST's & be done with it. We don't bring in any receivers for competition or pilfer a receiver off of another team's PR. How dare we'd have to play them befire they FI with Osh. As a passing unit, don't even try to improve. It just makes no sense. It just seems there's no plan in place in the off season.

Looks like about 80 tickets left. Of course it will be announced as a sell-out.

They could give any remaining tickets away to first responders.

**** they had me at 6 dollar beer and 3.50 hot dog.... throw in a bomber game too, you'd be stupid not to
