rebusrankin Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago I didn't expect Hatcher to make it to free agency. Good reup by BC. It would be nice for us to do something positive like that. For example, get a deal done with Demski. Booch and Noeller 1 1

It's pretty easy to find guys that can fill roles to have 2-3 on the field. But holy **** is our offense depleted in general and especially for Canadians. The drop from Demski to the next Cdn receiver on the roster is miles Noeller and rebusrankin 2

Lions have signed star wide receiver Keon Hatcher Sr. to a contract extension through the 2027 season, the CFL club announced Wednesday. Financial terms were not disclosed, but a person with knowledge of the contract said it exceeded $645,000, with $630,000 guaranteed. Hatcher was slated to become a free agent in February. blue85gold 1
rebusrankin Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago So $315,000 for Hatcher, Rourke is what $600,000 + and Betts makes big $ too. BC is going to run out of money. Piggy 1 1
Pete Posted 45 minutes ago Report Posted 45 minutes ago (edited) Does anyone know how the extra 400k this year factors into this? It appears some teams such as the Bombers utilized it to increase their depth making use of the one game injury to keep additional players on the roster, maybe others held back on more of it to allow them to sign players such as Hatcher and Philpot both of whom received significant bonuses which could be put towards this years sms..(which was smart btw) Originally there was talk of the cflpa trying to make sure the 400k was evenly distributed but lits just as likely as it goes to elite players Edited 43 minutes ago by Pete

3rdand1.5 Posted 22 minutes ago Report Posted 22 minutes ago Dang $275 for Philpot and $315 for Hatcher.....the top tier receiver market is getting crazy... What the heck are the Riders going to do with all there FA receivers and some very good CDN receivers when put side by side Philpot......I can't see Emilus accepting less than Philpot, KeeSean Johnson has to be paid high as I think many other teams would be high on him and Meyers if he stays in the CFL again should command a high dollar....not even accounting for Bane jr and Robustelli, or fellow CDN's KSB, Tommy Neild and Mitch Picton.
