yeah, didn't see much from Logan last year that showed that he was still a CFL returner ... if Vaval is off chasing the NFL, would rather roll a rookie or a FA signing there.

Ok...so you meant centre only then? Even worse. I was giving you the benefit of doubt because moving to OG is about the only position where Stan should ever line up besides Tackle.  Planning on moving Stan to Centre would be a massive mistake by management and coaching of epic proportions. I would fire both if that is the best plan at Centre they can execute. Anyone suggesting that Stan would automatically make a good Centre, I would ask them what evidence they have he can execute snaps effectively. Sorry even to a GOAT OT like Stan this may not be an area he excels. I've never seen any evidence he can snap the ball so why would I ever assume he would easily pick it up. Most guys don't.

As for Stan...he played just fineast yr and if he back he stays where he is...only change i could see is him and Randolph flipping

He's earned the right to.come back and compete and show he still has it..and if he doesn't I can see him doing a Miller on the 6 game all yr or on the PR at full salary just in case and be that veteran presence to guide our young tackles and quasi coach 

All that said...ive seen nothing to indicate he is not still in the top tier of tackles...last yr for a good majority of our offence cant be viewed as for what it appeared...we were facked from day1 

I completely agree. All this discussion is for nothing. Stan is still rock solid at OT.

In fairness to Logan, he never really got many return chances. I don't know if he is crap or not but I wouldn't base it on the dozen chances he had to return last year. Vaval stole his job and Logan was never really in the mix afterwards.

I think his injury was still an issue and was hurried back before really ready...where have we seen that before and it was affecting his explosiveness, and to me looked like it was still in his head and was self preserving

Dude wouldnt have lost it all over one off-season. He was also misused/basically neglected on the offence as he could have added a nice lil element if integrated into the system...but the OC and the in no rush to hire a a legit OC last yr was reason for that and we settld for a guy who isnt qualified to run a Prep School offence....and not sure what spots we still need to fill, but Osh's "in no rush" to hire anyone is just more par for the course...hopefully that attitude is the last hold over with him for 2026 and he truly seen the errors as he claimed and is gonna be more hands on and fix things...Thankfully Walter's smartened up and took 2 dead weight anchors away from the equation for TC

seems like it....i like his approach this yr for sure, tho some the money seems a bit out there, but maybe he knows that he was X amount more to use this yr so it's just the new norm...Tho I sure all the signings pre 2026 have money on the 2025 books, so the actual 2026 hit wont be what it seems....

I just want him this yr to have 1..2 targets in FA that will be no doubt about it upgrades and do what it takes..we def have the resources to do so, and playing nice the last 3 yrs...well that didnt pan out...time to be greasy lol

I agree. The interview with him sounds like he will be active in FA, so let's hope it's for stud players not scraps like last year.

Will all depend on who is available come draft time I would think, but KW should be thinking about rebuilding our NAT talent at the LOS for sure.

I don't know about the reasonable deal thought. IIRC he was released after 2024 in Hamilton due to a large bonus payment coming due. Now the same happens in Vancouver. However IMO he'd be an upgrade and we should speak with his agent to see what his expectations might be.

I didn't have Cobb re upping high on my list but he's decent depth and likely cheap.

Good signing really...proven National depth...proven returner as a backup in a pinch with in game injury...can run jet.....Far better player than Corcorran who if we draft well and or grab a National in FA should never see the roster

i’d be good with giving him a nice upfront bonus then a lower base salary. if any thing, he should be leery of back end deals and off season bonuses

yeah i like him as a depth canadian. a lot better than corcantrun. we need ni talent at wr, free back up kr is good too
