Strev doesn’t inspire. Hamiltons O gonna eat us raw. I think Houston has a good game tho and lawler is quiet but bridges and the others will dominate

I actually expect to see Wilson in the 2nd half tonight. Maybe Artopoeous. Get that blowout feeling. We ain’t gonna be the ones doing the blowing out either.

wrong...we may blow haha

If we get no pressure on BLM....he will disect us all night....and with our penchant for coughing up big play and defensive backfield busts...I wish us the best

He is better than Old Man Harris...has better receivers....a more well rounded back...and I'd take Milanovich over the SASK OC anyday

Strev 26/33 408 yards 5 TD

Thomas 4 sacks

Lawson Jr 2 pick 6’s

You forgot Kola recovering a fumble and running 99 yards for a td.

Must win? Ahhh sure from a confidence level but this is the CFL where getting into the playoffs comes with many scenarios.

It will be interesting to hear what some say after this game.

We win handily: Told you so

We win a close one: Told you so

We lose a close one: Bugger off we're almost there

We lose handily: ?

It's not impossible that we make the play-offs if we lose this game, but it becomes very likely if we do. That's why it's a must-win, and not a mathematical elimination game.

The worst team in the league is within 2 games of us. Who also happens to be playing BC, 1 game back of us in the west. The other 2 worst teams are playing each other as well. So while we will gain ground on 2 games or hold steady at worst, that will be with the worst teams in the league.

If we want to recover this season, we gotta start with this game here. We aren't likely at all to win out, and we aren't going to maybe get back on the right side of the W column next week and control our play off destiny.

I don't see the D giving up any more points than they did against the Riders. The game will come down offensive production and perhaps which team can get a score or two from defense or special teams.

I think the opposite is true. I don't think we can replicate the out come from our D last week. We've played SSK a ton, it was the home game BJB, we had every intangible headed in our direction to win that game.

Vs hamilton, we have'nt played them and when its O vs D, that is a major advantage to the O. They aren't going to run it down our throats, and we aren't going to pressure blm.

Man, sucks about Ted. He was such a great, classy guy, football mind, you name it. **** cancer.

I think HAm matches up really well with our defence and what we try to do...and it's worrisome right now

If it becomes a shoot out/track meet...we are done

Yep. I think our best chance is by leaning hard into what our secondary did in the 2nd half of last year. Drop every body, play tight as you can on the bottom and blanket the top. Forget blitzing, save for maybe a couple DB blitzes off the edge if you think you can sneak a guy home. Forget a 40 man front. Forget fielding 2lbers. Get all the DBs on, and drop them into cover. Hell, drop WJ back into cover since he's playing pass lanes any way.

Bill bellichick used a 2, 1 and empty front a few times. And it worked very well in limited use. Today is that day. If hamilton isn't gonna run, put dbs out and drop every one. You could put WJ, woodbey, and tony jones on the line and drop them each back for a hand full of snaps in the game. Very good chance to get a pick, or force a throw away.

There's dooming and being realistic.

No team in the East looks like world beaters right now, but coming off back-to-back losses and starting your back-up QB... who in their last start threw 3 interceptions and had to have the D/ST provide 3 TDs to sneak out a win at home... doesn't install a ton of confidence to be fair
