This isn't touch football where you have to look back.  It's tackle. You don't have to look back at the ball.  On the replay he wasn't all over him. It was good coverage.

I know there's a certain group of know-it-alls that will find a way to disagree with this. But there's no coincidence here that this team always collapses in the second half. It's a adjustments , it's bad coaching, and it's been consistent.
