Boy Calgary has been tough on Zach this year. I’m by no means convinced Zach is healthy, especially with the allusions to him getting concussed.

439 yards, 2 tds 4 picks in 2 games vs Calgary this year. They’ve got how to play our O down pat. We need to see some significant wrinkles and adjusted game plan to have a chance.

I look forward to seeing the D get a rematch vs vaj but boy I’m not sure about the O vs Calgary.

I fully expect us to get spanked again. I haven't seen anything in the past month to show me we're anywhere near the top of the table. Right now... We can play with the Edmonton's and Toronto's... But I don't think we're anywhere above that YET. I maintain faith that we can turn it around, but I have yet to see the actual evidence....

I agree. Which is why Tracker's eye roll has me baffled.  I assumed he/she/they was smarter than that.

In Calgary to visit family (They are transplanted Bomber fans.) so we'll be at the game cheering on the team. (Cheap seats and then we'll move to better ones. It is McMahon Stadium after all.)

I think our D will adapt and play Adams and Co. better. I am really concerned about Hogan's game planning and play calling ability though.

Anybody else hope Mitchell has a big day in part so MOS and Hogan have to answer repeated questions about why he was benched?

Yup...their lame excuse holds no weight whatsoever...can be said in several positions too...

Unfortunately we've tried collaros twice against calgary already and it was fugly

The game wasnt pretty, but before he left the 2nd game it was close. Im expecting a better defensive performance hoping they can keep it close.

You have to be able to take the top off against cgys Defense. Collaros gives them the best chance at a W today.

Agree on Collaros, disagree on top off.

In the two games so far Calgary on most snaps is playing 3 or 4 high coverage shells.  They are basically running a scheme to bracket every vertical route, or route past the sticks and rush 3-4.  You need to take what they give and make plays after the catch until they adjust to that.

Should be running a ton of bunch formations to open up horizontal space and be less obvious.  Screens and receivers blocking is huge.  And run/playaction.

If this were to happen, O'Shea will say it's all part of the plan and wouldn't even slightly admit that he had made a mistake.

OR  he will praise Mitchell and then for next week he leaves him off the game roster in order to dress a C - level player somewhere else which would then piss everyone off on these boards.

A 10th string linebacker you say?

Agree 100 percent. Question is will our Coaches do something similar

I did so because I do not see Collaros as significantly better than Streveler, and definitely not the saviour of the season.

Mitchell's presence alone will require actual real attention for defenders..that alone should open things up

Plus I sure he chomping at the bit and I won't be shocked he is one of the games top receivers

I hope he takes the heat off of the other receivers and IF he displays any of his previous talents he could have one helluva game...I think we we also need to pound the ball with Brady up the middle...I think the stumps D is highly over rated ...Time to expose them

Yup, Stamps D will actually have to account for him…. Wheatfall might be the happiest guy about Mitchell getting into the lineup.

Him or Demski for sure ...

Speaking of Demski.... The other day I saw a social media post with Marshall Ferguson's rankings for Most Outstanding Canadian so far .. had the Top 5 or so... With Brady Oliveira as the lone Bomber on the list. How the **** is Demski not our MOP and MOC at this point?

Far and away it’s Demski so far this year for us. Brady hasn’t, or hasn’t had the chance to do all that much.
