It's automatically reviewed on scoring plays. 

Vaughters has to bend that edge there too.  Like 2 steps from making the play but gets rode out because he doesn't get under the tackle.

On TV that looked very clearly like he shoved him down. I don't understand how that's not a penalty.

The only reason it wouldn't be called is because Parker hadn't located the ball.  But it was an egregious level of contact from the receiver.  He stops, pushes Parker down, catches the ball and rolls on.

Appears Parker may have lost his footing a bit and was stumbling into hatcher who shoved him down. Definitely contact there. You can see it. Not sure it mattered tho. As I think Parker was going down on his own.
