Good point that’s why the pbp plus color commentator is such an iconic combination across all sports. The ones who also converse well are the gold standard. like pti on Epsn is peak sports conversation. 
 

Tait is fantastic at writing articles that really get to the heart of a persons story. His piece on hardrick years back was incredible, parts of it are still vivid in my mind. It’s different still in conversation.

For my generation, Ed is the Gold Standard of CFL beat writers and a wildly underrated contributor to the CJOB Pre Game Show. Randy Turner is the all time best print columnist. With respect to everyone out there doing the job right now, it all pales to the level of writing we were spoiled with in the late 90s and early 00s...

It really depends on the athletes personality, Simoni Lawrence makes player interviews pretty funny for the Ti-Cats and Micah Awe did it quite well for the RedBlacks a few years back when LaPo was the GM/HC.

I think that goes for any generation, sport, league, city. I don't think you could find a better duo of news beat guys. You could find as good combos, but not better.

He's not very good. Kristina Constible did a much better job. She also did well in the actual leagues.

To be fair, I'm taking Alexander in Fantasy this week solely based on who he is playing.

Those are only their best bets for betting, not their picks for all games (not sure why doing 4 games is too much). They did the same thing the last couple weeks.

They did screw up the week # in the link but the webpage says week 3 (at least now it does).

They did a best bets for every game but ours lol. Either they didn’t care or forgot. it’s not normal to give bet tips and picks on every game but one.

Yeah wtf...I noticed last week too that the QB stats didnt show till later...not sure why they have that issue

With that promotion there may be more Bomber fans than Stampeder fans at the game.  Kind of like how it used to be going to games in Calgary when the Riders were in town.
