So what's the deal with the furor surrounding these passes? They decided to combine the concerts and the team parties and that make it harder to secure team party access? Is there less supply than there has been in other Grey Cups?

That seems to be the case. Hard to understand why the Grey cup committee thought that would be a good idea. Like I understand having that be an option, but not the only option. Unless I'm missing something.

I was hoping to get to a party or two. But I'm not buying a concert ticket that I don't want in order to get to them.

If you ever wonder why, that's the answer.

Got my passes during the first go round. Very excited to take in everything that week. Think we're getting Paisley tickets at the arena that week too... Going to be lots of cool stuff to check out even if we're not in the game.

The main issue is that the passes sold out early.

Most of the backlash has come from out of town fans who say they were never advised that the passes were on sale to begin with.

These are people that go to the Grey Cup every year so you'd think they would have looked into things ahead of time to secure tickets. They could have easily just checked ticketmaster to see the passes for sale.

The other issue is people expected there to be single day passes as some fans will be getting in on Friday or Saturday.

This concern was removed yesterday when day passes were made avaliable.

Just think of the concerts as being a bonus.

In 2022 Regina had 3 day passes for 104 bucks to get into the team parties. This didn't include any concerts.

^^ all I can find so far is this Insta link...

Their IG profile says "Celebrity interviews, entertainment news & more!".   I can't believe I've never heard of this undoubtedly great source for CFL news before,

Plus you were still in Regina.
