Looks like heat prostration, but its kinda early for that.

At first I thought it was knee, and maybe pain had him about to puke.  
 Now it looks more like heat stroke or chest problems. Scary scary stuff. 

Don’t want to speculate but not good.

On initial glance I thought he was dehydrated.  It didn't look like there's any injury as he walked back to the huddle but he started feeling really bad shortly after and went down

Hopefully nothing cardiopulmonary but looks that way or severe heat stroke to me.

When they tried to walk him off it was like he didn't have control of his limbs.
