The only one I feel confident in calling is Stiggers for Rookie.  Tough call on who the voters will chose for the rest of them.

I feel like we should win 4, but will win 2.

Leake and Stiggers should be easy picks from the Argos.

Pickett and Allen should be but won't win.

The MOP thing for me is always about the wording: most outstanding player, as opposed to most valuable. I have no problem picking Kelly for most valuable, but Brady Oliveira wins most outstanding for me.

Yup, Stiggers is a player. Would look outstanding in Blue and Gold.

Think the Rams will sign him? IDK which team down there will get him, but it's clear that's where he's going.

Great question.

My answer: Argos suck.

Argos probably get two or three league awards

Stiggers

Leake

Kelly

Here’s my concern. The voters who I don’t think dig as deep as they should will vote for VA just because he’s a QB.

It should be Kelly vs. Brady for MOP.

Betts likely wins MODP, and sadly he probably deserves it.

If BO gets the MOP nod out of the west, then he should obviously get MOC too. Either he or Betts will win it.

Leake is a lock for ST.

Stiggers likely a lock for MOR.

MOL I think should be Lestage. It feels weird not even seeing Big Stan be nominated.

I like that Hardrick got the nom. In a year where Stan didn't necessarily stand out as his usual dominant force, it feels like a good time to mix it up. I would have personally gone with Paddy, but I feel like everyone LOVES Yoshi and there's a good chance some of the national media give him some love. At any rate, it's a nice feather in the cap of a guy who's been incredible, but living in the shadow of the best OL of all time.

As for the other stuff... I want to believe Brady O takes West MOC/MOP, but never underestimate the media's ability to make truly stupid decisions. It should be Kelly vs Brady for the MOP and Kelly wins because he's a QB, and as Dunny said on a recent broadcast "they just have so much more to do on the field... so much more responsibility".... so they'll give it to Kelly. Plus, anything to jerk off those assholes a little bit more. I do think Brady wins league MOC, though... Betts will win MODP for sure.

At any rate, I'll trade every one of those awards for a big silver chalice on November 19th, so I can put my "Defend The Cup" sign back up again...

No way they give BO both MOP and MOC. They'll use their vote for MOC to justify a vote for MOP. Spread it around because the CFL has the laziest journalists imaginable.

They did it for Cornish.

For sure. He is a one and done in the CFL. He earned it.

Brady is a much more deserving pick than VA, and I doubt the voters will see it any other way.

Kelly will win MOP over Oliveira
Oliveira will win MOC over Dequoy
Betts will win MODP over Pickett
Stiggers will win MOR over Korsak
Leake will win MOSTP over Whyte
Hardrick will win MOOL over Allen

funny, we've been so consumed talking about Brady, we didn't talk much about Hardrick's chances...... with our running game being as dominant as it is, usually that team gets represented for MO-OL... combine that with the general love-fest surrounding Yoshi, does he have a shot? Is there voter fatigue for the Bombers winning MO-OL?

The voters are equally ignorant as us to OL play. So, who knows.

Beating out Bryant for the nomination is no small feat and could carry some weight with voters, even if they are ignorant to the in's & out of OL play.
