TrueBlue4ever Posted April 11, 2022 Report Share Posted April 11, 2022 It was Remembrance Day weekend 1986. Almost 8,000 showed up at the old arena after being snowed in for 3 days. Stiil the lowest crowd ever at the time, but was remarkable given the City had shut down. Seattle is scheduled to arrive 2 - 3 am Wed, morning. They should be able to get in. If the teams can get to the rink than the game will be played. Should that not be possible it would "officially" be postponed. Only to be played if the Jets are still in playoff contention. Yeah, this season was a failure and there are a number of factors that played into that. But moving top players and retaining salary to do so just smacks of emotionally-charged ignorance.
