He basically told everyone in that room he thinks they're not good enough, and what... you're gonna sit Skinner who's doing a good job (and seems like a great locker guy), send Mud down for this guy and what is personally best for him?

You cannot send Stevenson down, he needs to stay on the NHL roster or he goes back to the Capitals.

If he stays on the NHL roster for a season, then you can attempt to send him down.
