Arneil inherited a good team from Bowness. 1st year - Presidents Cup. Although there were worrying signs in the playoffs.

Arneils 2nd year as coach - Result = missed playoffs.

Arneils 3rd year as coach - 4-6-3 with a current highlight of 7 straight losses

And I think Chevy also needs to take some blame here. Hate to say it but I think both need to go.

Jets fans, unfortunately, will soon come to know what Oilers fans lived with for years (and Pens fans found out the hard way) - that Skinner sucks and, unfortunately, the Jets don't have the ability to score their way out of his messes. Unless the Jets play a 90s-Era-Devils trap game where there's like less than 20 shots/night against .. you just have no chance, with Skinner in net.

I like the guy... I've always rooted for him... But man he's gonna cost you every time.

I don't disagree on your assessment of Stu but the Jets had a far better goalie last year and look where it got them. I don't think it matters who is in net when the team in front is playing like ass.

No question... This team isn't good enough, no matter what.... But Skinner exacerbates the problem.

Is it the team is not good enough or is it the blue print drawn up to get the most out of this current talent is flawed?

Probably a combo of both that falls on the laps of everyone involved.

Yeah, Skinner is the least of our problems. For now, anyway.

I'm afraid this year the Chant will be Dupont! Getting Morrissey back will make a huge difference but after him we got alot of maybes and some definite no's. I think and hope Arniel is gone, Chevy no,Chipman thinks he is a genius so he sticks. Gonna be a lonnng winter unfortunately but clean house and maybe next year with Dupont we turn it around.
