Montreal @ Edmonton

I hope this game is at least less injury filled and has some good stuff to watch.  I picked Edmonton to win this because I think Khari's going to be captain of a ship with leaky holes in it and is being hampered by an abysmal failure of a GM to boot.  But at the same time, who knows.  Pipkin does have some raw athletic talent that can make games interesting when given the chance.  If I'm wrong on this pick, I don't mind.

Pipkin looks calm and looks around for an open guy.... blitzed a few times, doesn't let himself get clobbered,

He's pretty good.

edmonton special teams....... two fumbles,  a holding penalty and a missed field goal

If Lawrence gets suspended, that brutal face mask on pipkin should be a suspension too

Esks looking discombobulated. Its a good thing that Maas did all that bonding with his players- looking real sloppy out there. Montreal might just steal this one.

Except for Gable 68 yards, hard running and

Harris 21/26 232 yards passing

I knew there was a downside to the Raptors winning last night... now we have to hear Rod Black.

It gets worse- he is apparently going to do the Bomber game tomorrow. Ick.

Montreal radio announcers mentioned T. Harris has had Montreal's # of late... his career stats against the Als? 19 TDs / 0 INTs and a QB rating of 100+.

Adams takes a dive.  Which is another problem with this whole thing, need reviews both ways.

Slid way too late. Defender didn't have a chance to let up and he still kind of did

Great play by Diggs to avoid contact, gets the call anyway.

Harris has 4x the passing yards of Als QB's and this is still a game.

If you can't score points those yards aren't worth much.

Edmonton struggling against a bad team.

I thought so too but he slammed his head pretty good off the turf.

Robert Gordon is joining KJ in MTL apparently

Not that this blown lead is entirely Harris’ fault but the guy is the epitome of empty numbers.

He is.

Playing in the junior circuit putting up numbers and still a .500 QB

He had 57 yards in almost 3 full quarters. The guy is complete garbage. Adams isn’t great but he blows Pipkin out of the water.

Montreal has no business being in this game but here we are. :)

Blackout’s lifted...dang it!

Rod’s back..

How does he get so much work? Just endured him with the Raptors, now he's there with the CFL. Just amazes me that such a poor broadcaster can get so much work. He must have skills that we don't know about.

First and 10 throw a lateral for -5.  Good lord.  Maas is terrible.

2nd and 15 run a draw for -3.

Montreal right in this.

Edmonton is going to be a mess. But at least they’ll put up good fantasy numbers.
