Need to make tackles.

Nichols accuracy is brutal tonight.  Wide-open receivers having to jump their full vertical or hit the turf to catch almost every ball.

Hebert with a real dirty low hit on Demski out of bounds.

Can't believe they never call those in the game.  What percentage of suspensions/fines aren't even called penalties?

Gotta hand it to Lapolice, he's getting back to the quick out and play action game which is what works for Nichols.  This is what the offense should be running every week.

 

Unfortunately, Richie Hall looks like he's becoming a sucko again which is why Bomber fans don't trust him.  He puts together a great game like he did against Edmonton and then goes full stink as soon as the offense starts clicking.

Don't think it's the scheme, players are there to make tackles, not making them.

It's also the DC's job to make adjustments and Hall does not make them.  He puts together one good game and then gets lazy the next week.

Surprised Ottawa doesn't use Powell more.  Bighill and JSK have shown no ability to stop him in 5 quarters this season.

Powell has 2 touches for 56 yards and a TD....and Ottawa has completely gone away from him.  Did Sayles knock him out on the TD?

Yup, saw that too, reverting back to that garbage that I was hoping MOS would've ordered Hall to throw out of the play book by now.

If he had just gotten it a little higher Harris had a ton of room to go, I like the call.
