The fact that people who worked on the investigation are saying his summary was wrong should be giant clue #1. Here is what the situation looks like to me: there was collusion between the Russians and the trump campaign but there was no smocking gun to tie it to the Russian government. But hey let's see the report to check. The fact they are trying so hard to hide it screams guilt. Really seems Mueller wanted Congress to be the judges.
