Why not expose him to Vegas. Go 7 3 1 then. It's a business and exposing a player who could be seriously injured Is best for business. Vegas wont take him. Them you have to decide what's better... buy out or LTIR... really not much difference there

Maurice was asked about Myers today. Serious as I've ever seen him said... there is no progress. He's not getting any stronger. I think you could see myers go to LTIR or be bought out this off season. I think its a serious issue. Maurice's demeanor said it all.

I actually agree with this decision. Pavelec has very good career numbers vs Colorado. At the same time tho I feel Maurice will be stupid and play Helle vs Minnesota who are way better than us

Hartford has told the Islanders they could temporarily play there once they are done at Barclays. Interesting option for sure. Islanders probably gonna build a new rink in Queens is the rumor but they'd need a temp home for a couple seasons

With that said it's not really about Buff vs Trouba vs Myers. It's about managing the cap. We spend a ton on our D right now... that's with Trouba on a bargain and ELC Morrissey... Somebody needs to move cuz paying this much for our D isn't working. Buff? NMC currently. Trouba? If he wants to be here (that's the 6 to 7 million dollar question) you keep him. Myers? That's a lot of cash for your 3rd pair RHD....
