  1. Personally, I agree with Doug Brown. Of the 140 available players we only require 20 of them.
  2. We know what the changes will be. Build leads, decent rush stats, good play action calls, and ultra conservative in the fourth quarter with leads which is bound to cost us a couple games a season. Ok. We're 12 and 6 instead of 14 and 4
  3. Apparently while doing his TSN gig he's attended 10 NFL camps held to improve and come up with new offensive Offensive plays. A guy who is willing to do that on his own dime and time is serious about improving his OC abilities. Time to forget about the old days guys. Give him a break.
  4. MOS needs to have an "associate HC" . (in case he's asked to depart during the season next year) The game has passed MB and Richie Hall by. I'm sick to death of the futility of the Bomber running game and watching opposition recievers having a 10 yard cushion on obvious passing plays. (Demond Washington needs to play somewhere else)
  5. Agree. The Guelph job is a job for life move. And free education for the kids?? Not much to contemplate. IMO....I'm guessing we're looking for another GM. Hope Walters stacks the Bombers before/if he leaves. He had a couple of years to do that and it ain't done yet so what makes you think he will in the next few weeks? You gotta admit he is better than the clown we had in here prior to Walters. Be patient. This a 30 year process. 3 more years to go

  7. Ok Guelph. I'll bet a Walters and up you a Bellfeulle.
  8. I'm thinking so. If he'd already stopped in Wpg and left, the probability would have been we were just getting lip service. With Wpg possibly being his last stop and the contract already on the table with the terms and money not yet settled I'm betting he's signing in Wpg. Why do the tour when you've got maybe 3 contracts on the table other than to bump up that final number.....which any one of us would do, and in the order he's doing it. AND yes, the possibility of a call from the #NFL is still in the back of his mind. Kyle was just real relaxed when Lawless asked him about Muamba. He already knows the answer and is waiting for the numbers. The days of "Winnipeg the cheap" are over since Miller arrived. PS......He signs with Walters in Montreal and flys back as a Bomber. Signed Mr Optimistic
  9. The guy slings the ball with no effort whatsoever. No big windup for the long ball, which takes pressure off the O-line. I like it.
  10. I'm hoping Walters said to him "Go get everyones offer then come talk to me" Rumor has it that BB are willing to pay Muamba whatever it takes. It will be up to Muamba as to where he wants to play and how quickly he wants a GC AND last but not least how much it means to him to play with Cauchy. Is Edmonton in on the bidding now too? No but........

I'm afraid family will win out on this decision unlike Westerman.
  12. Interesting that one of the new rules is that the ball just has to be "in the vacinity of the goal line" to be called a TD. I'd like to see the camera angle that Trawna had that showed a Mtl TD when Randell bounced the runner out b4 the ball got near the goal line.
  13. That's just the kind of comment that led to the demise (or near demise) of OB.com. Too many ppl who knew too much who took their ball to a "more knowledgeable" forum.
  14. And if Willy is out 3 weeks and O'Stubborn sticks with Brohm do we still relax while going 1-4? Because I personally don't see Brohm winning one game this year either coming in off thebench or starting.
  15. The score was 10-7 when Super B hit the field. Two pick sixes and at least 1 INT. The guy practises every day with same playbook that the first string does.
  16. Along with ineffective play there is one other problem the Bombers have and you touched on it. O'Shea's stubborn streak is going to bring this club down this year if he continues his affair with Brohm. The most glaring mistake he's making is his loyalty to a QB who cannot, cannot throw a ball to a receiver without bouncing it to him. Whether ir's 10 yards or 40 yards the ball falls short. His long passes can be timed in 10 second intervals. His mobility is non existant. How O'Shea sees a backup QB in Brohm is beyond me and just about anyone who cared to watch him. In my uneducated opinion having a mobile QB when the opposition is bring the house makes sense. I've only been watching Bomber football for 57 years so I have noticed a thing or two. If you have a QB who has cement feet he has to have a quick release. Brohm has cement feet and a slow release. So O'Shea has to own part of last nite's debacle. I was willing to give Brohm and O'Shea the benefit of the doubt....but no more. No wonder the team was deflated after Willy went down. NOBODY has any confidense in the #2 QB.
  17. So you're saying he played well when he had a week to prepare with the first unit offense? I agree. That's a sound argument for why he should start next week if Willy can't.Yea then we get to watch Brohm throw it in the dirt for the whole game woo-hoo! That's O'Shea's secret weapon with Broom. Receivers run down 20 yars and lay down on the field. Only problem is that broom can only throw it 18 yards.....or two yards short of any distance where the receivers lie down.. With Marve Hammy's D would have gotten a workout chasing him, if they could have caught him at all.
  18. I think we'lll win but I'm sure Austin noticed the big gainers over the middle and the big runs around the ends. (shudder)
  19. Every time TSN had a chance they had a clip of Durant. Unfortunately every game Riders lose this year we'll be reminded that if only......
  20. And I doubt very much Durant would have made a bit of difference.
  21. A brilliant job of disguising our GC team from the other 8 teams.....unless Irving and Brown are intentionally making the game sound like we're stuck in quick sand.
  22. Which two? Dile and Neufeld. Whew!! Thought you meant Buck's wife and baby.
  23. I had the same problem with Chrome. Worked fine for me in Firefox so I didn't look any further for a real solution. So I'mm on TSN.ca with the Bomber/Argo header on this Link. Is this the correct landing spot. http://www.tsn.ca/cfl/game/winnipeg-blue-bombers-toronto-argonauts-20150609/News
  24. Here is the schedule http://cfl.ca/schedule/year/2015/time_zone/0 All non-preseason games will be televised on TSN. Pre-season there are only a handful of games being televised. Thanks for the response and the link. All is good now.
